Isaac sprinted as fast as he could through the rainy street, covering his head with his left hand while desperately keeping his bag from being wet as he finds a place to take shelter from the sudden rain.
"The weather forecast didn't say anything about this." Isaac complained as he takes shelter under the roof of a closed store.
"Gosh, I'm all wet, I'll just change into my P.E. uniform when I get to school." Isaac murmured as he looks at his pitiful state on the window of the store.
Isaac cautiously sat on the cold marble chair beside the window and rested his back against the sturdy wall.
"I guess I should wait for the rain to stop." Isaac mumbled as he stares blankly through the falling raindrops. He then slowly closed his eyes as he feels the cold breeze surrounds his entire body. Isaac unconsciously drifted into sleep.
"Hello, hello." A girl said as she taps Isaac's shoulder.
"Hmmm?" still asleep, Isaac muttered as he turns around to the other side.
"Hello, please don't sleep here. You might get a cold." The girl said again in a louder voice as she taps Isaac's shoulder with more force.
"What?!" Isaac, now wide awake, blurted as he rubs his eyes with his two hands.
"Oh my- I'm just concerned here and this is what you do?! Hmph!"The girl shouted in annoyance as he bolted away from Isaac.
"Oh please, I-I'm terribly sorry. I didn't mean that." Isaac cries out as he grabbed the girl's wrist.
"Let go of me, you jerk!" The girl struggled.
"I said I'm sorry." Still holding her wrist.
"Ugh. You're so persistent." The girl replied.
"I said I'm sorr- Achoooo!." Isaac reflexively turns away to sneeze, removing his hand from her wrist.
"Hahahahaha" The girl burst with laughters.
"Why are you laughing?" Isaac asked, blusing in embarassment.
"No, no, it's nothing. It's just-" The girl explained in between laughs.
"Please cut it off." Isaac said seriously, calming himself.
"Please don't mind me." The girl said. "It's just, you look pathetic."
"Yeah, yeah. You don't have to state the obvious." Isaac said as he rolled his eyes.
"Wait. Aren't you angry earlier?" Isaac asked.
"No, not at all. It's just funny to look at you while you're sleeping."
"Am I a clown or something?"
"Ha! I even took pictures of you while asleep." The girl smirked.
"You what?!"
"Nah. Just kidding. Relax. By the way, I haven't introduced myself. I'm Ezra White. A transfer student." The girl said as she reached out her hand to Isaac.
"Ezra, White?" Isaac muttered as he stares past Ezra.
"Is there something wrong about my name?"
"No, no. Not at all. It's just, it's just sounds familiar to me.
"Is that so? I just transferred here yesterday."
"Oh. Please don't mind it. Welcome to our school. I'm Isaa-"
"Isaac Jones."
"How did you know my name?"
"Well, you're pretty much popular with the students in our school."
