who squabble and fight all day,
but with your wars and your conflicts, your campaigns and your disputes,
what a great example you display
you say that we're irresponsible,
condeming our generation all and all,
taking our age, down on the page,
and next to it, 'don't trust'
you say that your fights are 'adult stuff'
thinking we won't understand,
but we know well enough, deserve a bit more trust,
since when is sensible only you?
your wars, your fighting, your territory grabs,
how are they different from children fighting for a toy,
and once your bored of a certain thing,
you go and throw it away
you say that we're children, that children need to grow up,
but after all these years, of petty wars and fights,
i think the growing should be done by you...
