Dawn pov
"First of all I haven't seen him since forever" Alesha said. I looked at her. If looks could kill she'd be dead. "Lies" I sung out. This time she glared. I laughed. "Mm"I said. She nodded.

"Hey I gotta go" she said. "Please be careful" I mumbled. She nodded and kissed my forehead. "You won't lose me" she said. I nodded and she left. I didn't want to lose my best friend. I needed her to be here. I can't lose her. I won't.

My phone started to ring. The caller id was my mom.
"Hi sweetie"
"Hey" I said uneasy.
"Ya know I miss ya"
"Well Jane treats me nice"
"Will ya visit?"
"Maybe not sure"
She hung up the phone. I was happy with Jane. I didn't want my mom here. She needed help. She was supposed to get some help. I don't know what happened. I heard a soft knock on my door. "Come in" I said. It showed a Jane.

Whoa that sounded bad. Oh well. "Sweetheart your mom called" she said. I nodded looking at the magazine I was reading. It suddenly became more interesting. "Dawn please don't do that." Clear pain was in her voice.

"Anything else?" She left. I could tell she was in pain. I was only 16. I would turn 17 soon. Jane wasn't my foster mom. She was my mom's friend. She took me in a few years ago. And I was glad she did. I would apologize but. Forget it. I couldn't. I had issues.

~Monday~
I was already out the door. "Dawn" she mumbled. I looked at her. She smiled and hugged me. I only left. It's not a long walk from my house to the school. I blasted clarity by zedd. Before I knew it I was at school.

"Hey" Alesha said. I nodded and hugged her. I didn't trust her and she knew that. She was fine with that. I headed to my locker and a boy was there. Obviously taller than me. He had that scene look. I walked to my locker. I ignored him.

"Stupid locker" he mumbled. I pushed him away and looked at his combination 34 4 34. I opened it with no problem. "Thanks" he said. Obviously shocked. I nodded. I slowly walked away from him. He was pretty cute. Hell he could get any girl in his bed at this school.

I headed straight to first period. I didn't care about Alesha. She had her friends and I had myself. Students started pouring in as the second bell rang. Then locker boy came in. Only seat left was next to mine. Crazy I thought.

"Locker girl" he whispered. I nodded. I could tell he was smiling. He passed a note in script. You have a name?
Yeah.

He didn't pass another note. Xzavyour I thought. It really suited him. His piercing was cool. Wish I had the ones he had. All I had was a stupid nose piercing.

Flashback
"Lol okay" I said. "Did you just spell lol?" I nodded. He moved closer to me. "Dawn" he whispered. I looked up. "You're beautiful" he mumbled. I kissed his cheek. We are young by fun was now playing in the background. "You ready" he asked. I ripped my clothes off and him the same. We were swimming in a cold lake. We kissed hell we were making out. His car radio still playing we are young. That night was hella fun. I had sex for the first time. My best friend. Zeke. I was happy to lose it to him.

The bell rung bringing me out a trance. I slowly got up. Zeke was the only one I trusted it.
