Chapter 7

★Ashley P.O.V★

I woke up and was in a sad mood today. I got ready changes clothes and brushed my teeth and hair. I went downstairs and found my mom

"Good morning mom"I said

"Good morning sweetie how you feeling"she asked

"The same" I said.

Last night when I came home crying mom came in and told her everything.
"Sweetie you don't have to go to school if you don't want to" she said

"Mom I have to face Hayes.. I'm not a quitter or a wimp" I said

"OK sweetie have a good day at school and if something happens call me to pick you up ok? She said

"Ok mom bye" I said then closed the door

As I was walking to my bus stop I saw hayes holding hands with a girl. I just ignored them and took out my phone. I was listening to Shawn Mendez Stitches.

The bus came and I got in and sat at the front. Hayes and his new girlfriend sat right across from me. I knew what hayes was up to. He sat across from me so when they make out I can watch them and then I would get jealous and beg to get back with him.

I started laughing at his plan but then we got to school. I got off and everyone was looking at me happy. I just smiled. A guy came up to me and said hey

"Hi" I said back

"So hey is it true you broke up with Hayes"he asked

"Yes and I'm sorry for not introducing myself but im Ashley" I said

"My name is josh and I got to say your really pretty" he said

"Thx"I said blushing

"Your so pretty when you blush"he said

"Thx" I said

"So hey r u going to do anything for the Halloween bash this weekend. There is going to be a big party here in school. He asked

"I honestly don't know" I said

"Do u have any talents"

"Well every week I do a singing video and get tons of likes. Maybe my talent is singing.

"Ok then sing for the Halloween bash.

"Idk"

"Come on I can help u get ready"

"Ok" I said smiling

"But first I have to write a song to sing" I said

"Your a songwriter"he asked

"Ya well I write songs that happened in my life"I said

"Cool I wanna be a songwriter but I have no inspiration"

"Oh I said"

"So you wanna hang out some time" he said

"Sure"I said

"Can I have your number" he asked

Sure we exchanged phones and then put our number in our contacts.

"Well I gtg see you later" he said

"Sure" I said

He left and I was happy and idk why. I was walking to my first period when someone yanked me in the janitors closet. It was Hayes.

"What do u want" I said

"Who was the guy you were talking to" he asked

"None of your business" I said trying to open the door

"Tell me" he said

"No" I said

When I said no. Hayes punched me in the stomach and left. That hurt so badly. I was worried about my baby. If anything happened to my baby I would die.

So I got out of the janitors classroom and was late to my first period.

*skipping school day*

When I got on the bus on the way back home. Hayes sat across from me again. He was making out with his girlfriend again. Man I wanted to laugh so badly.

He thought that would hurt me. So when I came to my bus stop I got off and then made my way home. Once I got home I started working on the song for the Halloween Bash. So far I got a very good intro.

*2 hours past*

I FINALLY GOT MY SONG. I was so happy. It was a mixture of Halloween and my break up with Hayes. I couldn't wait to sing it. Then I got a text message from Josh

Josh: Hey beautiful what are you doing

Me: Nothing much just finished the song to sing at the Halloween Bash.

Josh: Oh cool I wanna hear it.

Me: You will have to wait until the bash

Josh: oh man I guess its that good then?

Ding-Dong

Me: Yup text you later someone is ringing the door bell.

Josh: Ok but text me ok

Me: Ok Bye

Josh: Bye

I made my way downstairs and some stood there it was .....
