Soon the bell rang. I found the art room and walked in. "Ahh, you must be the new girl. What's your name?" A woman who looked like a professor asked me.
"My names Dawn." I answered.
"My name is Mrs. Spruce. Errrrr, Is the seat next to you free, Ash?"
"Yep!"
"Okay then, Dawn go sit next to Ash. " Mrs. Spruce commanded. I walked towards where She was pointing. I found an empty seat and sat in it. Then I glanced at Ash. He had messy black raven hair with brown eyes. He also had a yellow Pokémon on his shoulder. Ash looked quite cute.
"So, today we will draw a picture of our favourite Pokémon. Anyone who doesn't finish it, will stay in for recess." Mrs. Spruce said.
"Yes, Mrs. spruce." The class said. Then Mrs. Spruce handed us paper and some pencils. I took my paper and released Piplup. I told him to keep still, so I could draw him. I took a black pencil and outlined his shape. Then I coloured him in. Soon I finished. I observed it a bit more. I grinned in satisfaction. Then I looked at Ash's drawing. My jaw dropped. He had drawn his yellow Pokémon on his shoulder and wrote the word Pikachu on it.
'Maybe it's the name.' I thought.
Overall, the drawing was fantastic. Then the bell rang. We gave our pictures to our teacher and rushed to the cafeteria. I followed them, and accidentally fell on Ash.
"S-s-sorry!" I stuttered, blushing.
"You should watch where your going." He laughed. I got of him and I ran to the cafeteria, not wanting ash to see my blush. He may of not saw my blush, but lots of people saw my accident. I girl with Green hair came over to me, while I was eating and said "Watch where your going, Girl." I clenched my fists.
"Do you just insult me?!" I shouted. The girl laughed.
"Maybe. Who cares." She said walking off.
Then a girl came over to me. "She's Molly. She shouldn't argue with her. She's very popular. And so is this guy named Ash." She said nicely. I froze.
"Ash?!" I whispered loudly.
"Yeah? What's wrong." She asked.
"Oh, nothing. who are you?" I asked.
"My name is May! What about you?" She asked.
"My name is Dawn." I said.
"That's a nice name!" She squealed. We kept on talking until the bell went.
"See you at lunch!" I shouted. Then I looked at my schedule. We had Pokémon Battles next. It was easy to spot the arena, so I ran towards it. Inside, I saw Ash again. I walked over to him. "Hi." I said.
"Hey." He replied.
"What's that Pokémon on your shoulder?" I asked.
"That's Pikachu." He grinned.
"Pika!" It said happily.
"It's so cute!" I said, stroking it. Ash laughed.
"Thank you." He said.
"Hello, everyone. My name is Mr. Flurr. I am your battle teacher. We'll start of with battles. Each trainer can only use two Pokémon. Dawn will go against Charli, Max will go against Zelly, Ash will go against Kelly and Gary will go against Lucas! Dawn and Charli will go first. " A man shouted. I got on the field and looked at my opponent. She wore a blue skirt and a yellow shirt.
"May the battle begin!" Mr. Flurr anounced.
"Go Buneary!" I shouted, tossing a pokéball.
"Leafeon, your turn!" She shouted throwing another pokéball.
"Use, Leaf blade!" Charli shouted.
"Dodge and use ice punch!" I commanded. Buneary jumped up over Leafeon and quickly used ice punch on it's back.
"Good job! Bow use dizzy punch while it's frozen!" I shouted.
Charli gritted her teeth. "Go Leafy! Use shadow ball to break the ice!" She shouted. Leafeon broke the ice with its shadow ball, before Buneary used dizzy punch on it.
"Leaf!" it shouted, before fainting. "No, Leaf!" Charli shouted. Then she pulled out a pokéball and sucked the Leafeon back in.
"Go, Wartortle!" She commanded.
"Wartortle!" It shouted.
"Use Rapid spin!" Charli shouted. "Stay there, Buneary!" I shouted. Then when Wartortle was 1 metre away, I shouted "Dodge!" Buneary jumped away, but Wartortle followed her and bashed into her. "Are you okay?" I asked. Buneary nodded. "Okay then, use thunder punch, as many times you can!" I shouted. Buneary lunged forward and kept on punching Wartortle on and on.
"Ergh! Use skull bash!" Charli commanded.
"Stop it with jump kick!" I shouted.
The attacks met in the middle, causing dust to fly up. When the dust went, Buneary and Wartortle had fallen, swirly eyed.
"The winner is Dawn!" Mr. Flurr anounced. I smiled and returned Buneary.
"Good job." I whispered. I went to the stands and watched the other battles. The one which impressed me the both was the one with Ash fighting Kelly. Ash took out Kelly's Blastoise and Charizard with just Pikachu. Soon the battles all ended, and Dawn, Zelly, Ash and Gary made it into the finals. I fought Zelly and defeated her Corsola and infernape with Pachirisu and Mamoswine. Ash also Defeated Kelly's Pignite and Empoleon with his Bulbasaur and Squirtle.
"And now, Dawn is up against Ash!" Mr. Flurr shouted.
"Go, Ambipom!" I shouted.
"Go Pigeot!" Ash shouted.
"Okay, use swift!" I shouted.
"Dodge it with Agility, then use Steel wing!" Ash shouted.
Ambipom bounced up and used swift, only to get slashed by Pigeots wing.
"Great, now use gust!" Ash commanded.
"Quick, use seed bomb!" I shouted. Ambipom quickly used seed bomb. Enough to hurt Pigeot, but not enough to stop Pigeot, because soon after, Pigeot hit Ambipom with a powerful gust, enough to faint Ambipom.
"Go, Piplup!" I shouted as I threw my trusty starter.
"Use whirlpool on the ground, then blow it up with bubblebeam!" I shouted.
Piplup Blew up the whirlpool with bubble beam, hitting Pigeot. Pigeot slammed onto the ground, fainting.
'Yes!' I thought happily.
"Sorry, Dawn. Go Pikachu!" Ash shouted.
'Great. Pikachu.' I thought sarcastically.
"Use drill peck!" I shouted.
"Use thunderbolt while Piplups close." Ash commanded. Piplup ran at Pikachu and jumped at him. Then he started to peck.
"Pika pi.... (I feel sorry for you)" Pikachu said sadly.
"Piplup, pip! (Why?)"
"Pika, chu (Because of this)"
Then Pikachu Thunderbolted Piplup powerfully.
"Pip, lup. (O-h)"
Then Piplup fell on the ground with swirls in his eyes.
"Good work, Piplup." I said sadly returning Piplup.
"And the winner is Ash!" Mr.Flurr anounced. I walked towards Ash and shook his hand.
"Good job." He whispered. I nodded and smiled.
"We still have 5 more minutes left. You can talk to each other or have a quick battle until the bell rings. " Mr. Flurr said. Then he sat down and watched us. I went to Ash and we talked. Then the bell went, and we ran to lunch.
