A/N: Ok so where going to be really weird and put the A/N at the front. So we have been trolling the Internet looking for a picture of Emma and Jai we found some that we think would represent them well. ---------------------------------The sharp stabbing pain seemed to ease, as the cold water ran down and back sending shivers though the rest of my body. Once I washed my hair and body I wrapped my towel securely around myself , unlocked the door and walked into my walk-in wardrobe and picked out my outfit for today. A pretty blue dress with lace around the bottom and arms that fell off my shoulders. It came to just above my knees. Thankfully it hid the newly found pain from last night. I made my way down stairs and into the kitchen to grab an apple. I then walked out the front door and started to walk to school. I lost myself in my thoughts as I navigated my way though the windy streets to school. School was abandoned like usual, even I wouldn't show up this early, but I like to escape the monster called my mother some times.

I trudged through the hall to my locker and got my books out for my first lesson. "Hayley" some girl questioned tapping me on the shoulder. I turned around slowly knowing I wasn't the person she was looking for. "Ohh umm sorry I thought you where someone else" she said quiet sweetly giving me a smile as she finished her sentence. I turned back to my locker as she galloped away. Her piggy tails bouncing up and down behind her. School quickly filled up as the rush to get your books out a minute before class arrived. I pushed my way through the crowd and headed off to my first lesson. "Emma Emma Emma" I turned "Jai" I said hugging the person who's been my best friend of seven years now. "I missed you soooo much" I said, a massive grin on both of our faces. I giggled then rushed to our different first lessons. As I walked into class some people looked at me with horror while others looked at me in disgust. I just made my way to the back of the class and slumped down into my seat. I sat starring out the window hardly paying attention to Mr. Simmons as he went on rambling about elements and atoms. "Emma" the teachers voice pulled me out of my thoughts " y-yes" I stuttered "can you please tell us" he was cut off by the bell ringing. And that's how I spent the rest of the day hardly paying attention, Being asked questions and messing around with Jai at recess and lunch.

I was on my way home when something in the corner of my eye court my attention. I couldn't see exactly make out what it was upon first glance but as i took a second glance I could just make out a hooded figures. I quickly checked the time on my phone to see I still had ten minutes till I'm meant to be home. Hoping I can still make it home on time I started walking towards the strange person. I crossed the road only to see the hooded figure run in the opposite direction.
