Chapter 2: Fate?

Park Chanyeol walking down the street on a hot summer day. Wishing that Kim Jongdae brought him good news for making him crawling out from his nest on a Sunday. Kim Jongdae, is indeed just as annoying as Byun Baekhyun. They're like a couple that Satan sent from hell

"Park Chanyeol!" Jongdae's voice heard from across the room as Chanyeol open the coffee shop's door

"What is it, Jongdae?" Chanyeol said impatiently, he took a seat in front of Jongdae, "Can you stop calling me everyday? Is it not enough seeing me in the office five days a week?"

"Woah, woah" Jongdae put both of his hands up, "Slow down there buddy. Looks like someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed"

Chanyeol rolled his eyes, "Come on Jongdae, what do you want to say that you can't wait until tomorrow?"

"Stop being so strict, boss" Jongdae smirked, "I didn't call you to come all the way here for nothing"

Chanyeol watched Jongdae's expression, there's something behind his smirk. Looks suspicious, yet satisfied, "Okay, spill it out"

"But, don't you want to order first? The cheesecake is--"

"Kim Jongdae!"

"Geez..." Jongdae whined, "You're really annoying"

"Thank you" Chanyeol respond shortly

"Okay," Jongdae crossed his arms in front of his chest and rest his back to his chair, he took a sharp deep breath, "We won" he said

Chanyeol needs a few moments to process Jongdae's words, "What?" His face puzzled

"We won," Jongdae repeated, "We won the tender, and we got the financial support from The Shim Corporation"

"Are you serious?!" Park Chanyeol can't help but yelled in a crowded coffee shop, "Jongdae, you're not joking right?!" A wide smile rose up on his face

Jongdae chuckled lightly, "Of course, I'm serious boss. Congratulation!"

Chanyeol does a weird dance on his seat and Jongdae having a second hand embarrassment, he had his face covered with his hands, never expecting that The Almighty Park Chanyeol, could be a disgrace as his boss

"So, when will I signed the contract?" He asked full with excitement

"As soon as possible, Changmin hyung himself will call you soon"

"Kim Jongdae, indeed you're the best secretary in the world" Chanyeol praised, patted Jongdae's shoulder

Chanyeol grabbed the menu happily, his eyes scanned through name of delicious food. Although he is in a good mood, he still threatening Jongdae to pay for his food or he will throw away all of Jongdae's DVDs collection at their office lounge

"Ah right, before I forgot," Jongdae pushed his finished plate of spaghetti aside, "I want to introduce you to someone"

"Someone?"

Jongdae nodded, "She is my girlfriend"

Chanyeol faked a gasp, pretend choke on his food, "There's someone out there who found you attractive? Jongdae, is she normal?"

"Hey!" The latter just smiled,Chanyeol really loves playing around with Jongdae, "I know you think I'm annoying as hell, but she doesn't and that's the most important part for me" He said proudly

"Okay, but why do you want to introduce her to me?" Chanyeol raised one of his eyebrow, lean his upper body on the table, "Because you know, I might steal her from you" He joked

Jongdae lowered his head, he messing up with his hands under the table. Chanyeol's smile fade away seeing Jongdae's weird act, "I want to take this relationship to a serious stage with her," Jongdae said in lower voice, "I love her so much and I want you, as my best friend not my boss, to meet her and be friends with her. I don't want to hide my relationship to both of you"
