The smoke was caught by the wind. The quad bike had crashed. The strange man was clearly dead. Suddenly the fire rose from the bike.
Aaron said "Are you ok you guys?"
They both replied, at the same time, "Yeah"
The fire ran up the tree like a squirrel, then jumped onto other trees like a swinging monkey. The park was then engulfed with flames and smoke. They started to run, and were coughing like mad. They then saw a way out of the park. The fire hit a gas pipe which the exploded. The blast hit all 3 kids. The way out was no longer visible.
Katie said "Can you guys her that? *cough*"
Rohini replied "Yes, but what is it!"
Aaron shouted "Helicopter!"
They bright flaming trees moved around violently.
"It's a helicopter!" shouted Aaron again, who got to his feet and helped both the girls.
Blue lights where coming towards them at speed. Four men came rushing forward with masks on. The smoke was making the visibility poor. The four men came up to the teenagers,
"We are here to help!" said one of the masked men. " Lets get you to safety "
It was the clear that they were firemen, and that that the flashing lights were coming from the fire engine. The fire engine brought them out to safety. They got out and saw a sign saying "Golden Seal Green".
Rohini said, breathing violently "I know where we are. Were 9 miles away from the entrance. "
With a sigh of relief, Katie then went on to text Tyler.
1 WEEK LATER
The 3 kids met up once again. They faced up at the burnt trees at the park. It turned out that the strange man had a mental disease, and was "unstable". The kids decided to never enter that Knole Park again. )
