My Princess Kaitlyn

Chapter One

Mason was walking home from school with his friend Jacob. He kept teasing his friend for repeatedly talking about his new girlfriend.

"Mason, I'm being dead serious. She's hot. She's funny. I really think I'm in love. Honestly, I wanna propose to her."

Mason rolled his eyes and took his keys out of his pocket. He unlocked the door to his house and they both walked in.

"Yeah, Mr. Commitment Issues wants to propose to a girl he met 3 months ago. I'm surprised you haven't cheated yet. Wait.. I'm supposedly your best friend, and I haven't met your girlfriend you've been dating for 3 months. I see how it is." Mason jokingly said. He closed the door behind Jacob and headed towards the kitchen. Jacob followed and sat on the kitchen counter and caught the water bottle Mason threw to him.

"Jeez it's like you're thong went to far up your ass. You'll meet her soon. I'm having a party Sunday night and she'll be there. And don't you fucking dare tell her I've cheated on many girls. I'm done with that and I really love Kaitlyn. I don't want to hurt her." Jacob opened the bottle and took a drink.

"Were you planning on telling me you were throwing a party?"

"I was gonna text you yesterday, but Kaitlyn wanted me to meet her at the park."

Mason raised a brow and ran his hand through his wavy hair.

"Does she make you turn off your phone when you're together? If she does, then she's an attention whore."

"She's not an attention whore. I just didn't want to get distracted from her."

Mason started walking upstairs.

"Well I'm gonna take a nap. So you can show yourself out. Thanks."

"I'll see you at the party." Mason heard Jacob walk out the front door and he headed to his room.

He collapsed on his bed and put on his headphones. He looked through his songs on his iPod. he finally found the song This Is How We Roll by Florida Georgia Line and Luke Bryan. He clicked on it and closed his eyes. He slowly fell asleep and started dreaming.
