HARMONY
* 2 months later *

My life have been great. I moved back in with my mom. Me and Dee have took it to the next level. We not together though . We not trying to rush things. I haven't heard or seen Barnard since 2 months ago. This month is really big for me bc I graduate this month. My life has been going great for me.
I'd just got in the shower. I sat on the couch in my pajamas in the living room watching tv waiting for Dee to come. He's suppose to be coming over to watch a few movies with me after handling a few things. My mom was out with her friends tonight. I was watching the tv when I saw car lights flash in the window.

"Yay he came early ." I said smiling to myself.

I walked to the front door just as he started to bang on the door. What the hell wrong with him .

"Why you beating ..." I started to say before seeing Barnard at the door.

"What the hell are you doing here !!!?"I yelled

"You know I keep my word baby" he said bomb rushing into me.

I kicked punch everything I could to get him off me. Not againnnn !! He held my arms down together with one hand while he dogged in his pocket with his other hand.

"You ruined my life , now it's time to put a end to yours" he said putting a gun to my head.

"Say bye baby."

POOOW !!!

Am I dead ? I opened one eye to see Barnard slumped over right next to me. I looked up to see Dee standing in the door way with his gun aimed.

"Baby you ok?"Dee came scooping me in his arms.

"Yessss" I cried grabbing his shirt.

"Come on baby get up" Dee said help me up stairs.

He helped me in the bathtub then said he'll be back. I washed my self up thinking about what just happen and how Dee saved my life. But I saw this look in his eye filled with hatred that I never saw before.

DEE P.O.V

"Aye Q get them boys down 8th , I need a clean up." I told Q

"Bet" he said hanging up with no questions asked.

It took them 10 mins to get here. It took them about 20 to get this mess up. Ion think the neighbors heard because I ain't here no opps. After all that was done I walked up the stairs to see if my baby was okay. Damn I know she shook up. It's like something took over me when I saw him on top of her with that gun to her dome. Make memories come to my head that ion wanna think about.

"Harmony you alright ?"I asked he sitting next to her on the bed.

She shook her head yes. I pulled her into my lap and held her.

"Look Harm he gone , you won't have to worry about him no more. And as long as I'm around I'm gone protect you and keep you safe. I promise." I said looking directly in her eyes so she know I wasn't bullshitting.

I leaned down and kissed her forehead. She looked up at me and kissed my lips.

"Thank you so much Dee." She said laying her head on my chest.

I held her till she fell asleep. When she was sleep I laid her down and was about to use the bathroom

"Where you going ?" She said looking back in a half sleep voice.

"Im just going to the bathroom , I'm coming right back." I said kissing her head before leaving.

I went to the bathroom and came back in the room. I took off my shirt leaving nothing on but my polo jeans . I got in the bed and wrapped my arms around her. I don't know what this feeling is when I'm around her. It's like I can be myself and don't have to worry around her. I feel complete. I want to make her mine but it's only been 2 months and some weeks. I'm not trying to rush.
