*NATE POV*
Hand in hand, Leda and I were walking in the park talking about God knows what. Her neon blue hair sparkled in the sun and her smile was amazing. She sat me down on the grass and started to mess with my hair.
"You need a new color in your hair." she said pulling on it.
"Hey, stop it that hurts!" I turned around and started tickling her sides.
"Stop it!!" Leda screamed, kick her feet and waving her arms. I hushed her screams with a kiss. She stopped moving and wrapped her arms around me. I felt a rock hit my back, making me lose my balance and fall off Leda.
"Fucking faggot!" Some kid yelled. I picked up the rock and drew my arm back.
"Don't, it's not worth it." Leda said, grabbing my arm. I threw the rock down and felt my heart sink. Leda wrapped her arms around me, trying to calm me down. I just sat there, rock solid, until she let go and looked into my eyes. She was crying. Tears well from her eyes and rolled down her cheeks. I know how much she hates seeing me like this. I pulled her in for a hug and she sobbed into my shirt. I rocked her back and forth until she pulled back. He face was a ghost white and she was shaking. I stood up, carrying her bridle style back to the car.
