EDITED....

PART ONE: The heart ♥ of a slave.

Its been three months since I became a slave, and let me tell you, it hasn't been easy. I have been suffering in the hands of the head of slaves. She was a round woman with a permanent scowl on her face and a bratty daughter Mimi, brunette just like her mom, gray orbs, 5'9 and annoying.

Okay, lets forget about them and focus on the friends I have made. First is Menka and there's Pollo, they were funny and you could say they were constantly playing tricks on Milan and her daughter.

"Sky, the prince would be here in some few minutes time. Let's go stand outside with the others and wait for Prince Ronaldo" Menka said his name with a dreamy look on her face.

You see the thing about prince Ronaldo is that he is really nice, handsome and loveable or so I have heard, the reason why I said I have heard is because I have never seen him. I also heard that he was Betrothed to a bratty b*tch.

"Okay okay, hold your horses, I'm coming" I said following her out to the front of the palace where the other servants stood waiting for the prince's arrival.

Few minutes later, a black shiny car stopped at the front of the trail close to the door of the castle. The driver rushed out to open the door, but it opened up on its own to reveal a really beautiful girl who could make anyone drool for her body, but what she did next made her look really horrible. She used her purse to hit the driver on the head for being late in opening the door for her, he apologised as she scowled.

The next person who came out was a man in his late twenties, he had a gorgeous smile on his not too thin lips, he was really tall with a well defined face like an angel. He soon wrapped his hand around the scowling lady as they walked towards the palace door. Every servant bowed their head as he passed. His eyes were like the purest colours of the deep blue sea.

"Now I get why you all praise him" I whispered to Menka who chuckled lowly before the door of the palace closed.

"Don't tell me you like him already?" Pollo asked, causing me to jump in fright as he chuckled. I swear he wasn't beside me before, Menka slapped him on his arms and glared.

"Don't scare people like that" she scolded him as he pouted but sighed and nodded. Oh he would still be doing it again, trust me.

*******

Later that night, I stood at my rooms window and watched the sky. People were still moving about as the king celebrated his son's arrival.

"Sky are you awake?" I heard Menka's voice ask from behind my closed door.

"Yes" I said as she opened the door.

"Come and join us, let's enjoy ourselves since this is a golden opportunity for us to have fun" she said but I shook my head. The truth be told I would prefer eating raw fish which is disgusting by the way, than staying anywhere around the head of slaves.

"No Menka, just go without me" I said giving her no chance for an argument. Nodding she was off.

Soon I left the room and headed to the dark garden with the moon as the only source of light.

I sat down on a slab of stone, close to the rose bush and hummed while looking at the sky. I missed home, my family, my younger siblings. Hmmm, if I was with them I would be telling them a lovely story I formed for bedtime.

Suddenly, the most beautiful sound made by an instrument broke me from my thoughts as I followed it to where it was louder. I hid behind a bush as the person played the flute. I looked at the well defined face and body structure, it was prince Ronaldo. Wait what?! It's the prince, on that thought, let's say I made an entrance causing the music to stop playing.

"Are you hurt?" his sweet voice floated around my head before I remembered his question.

"Y..Yes" I stammered as he chuckled and helped me up. I noticed how tall he was, towering over me with at least a foot and a half.

What was he doing outside at his own welcome party...I thought before another voice said, "Baby! What are you doing out here?"
