When you deny someone their right to get married or to be in love, you're essentially denying them as a human being. It is the same concept as denying someone access to a public area because of their race, their gender, or even their physical or mental ability. There is absolutely no reason for this. Love does not bend, love does not falter, love does not wave with the breeze that blows steadily towards it. Instead, it withstands every strike, every blow, every hateful word thrown its way because it is not the 'acceptable' thing. But let me ask you this. When was the last time something you did was acceptable? Is denying someone's true love an acceptable thing to do?

It costs nothing to give someone their rights. But sometimes, it costs lives to deny them.
