Usagi POV

Manami and I arrived to find an empty apartment, the two idiots that made our lives perfect where missing. This gave us the perfect opportunity to call a few friends and get the apartment ready for tonight.
"Yes, Aikaiwa...Yes...don't fangirl over the phone it hurts my ears...just get over here and grab Hiroki and his Love sick puppy too."..."Akihiko?" i had just hung up the phone when I heard Manami call my name.
"Yes?"
"Hurry up and go get dressed, you can't propose looking like that!" she said whisk in hand as she indicated my current attire.
"What's wrong with my clothes?" I asked not sure why she wanted me to change.
"Nothing...if you want to propose with a coffee stained and wrinkled outfit!" she scoffed.
I then took notice of my appearance, my tie was stained brown and my suit wrinkled from this mornings run to the jewelry store.
*Knock knock!*
"Wait up!"
I heard Manami yell as I changed upstairs.
"Where is that idiot!"
Who invited them!
"Leave! Now! You have no reason to be here, either of you!" I yelled running downstairs.
A few others had arrived and looked on on shock as I yelled at the two newcomers.
"Is that any way to treat your father and brother." the elder of the two replied, his eyes smiling.
"After what he did to Misaki...and you...just being you...I don't want either of you here!" i yelled charging at them, shoving gem toward the door.
Haruhiko turned and slapped me, as my father kicked my legs out from under me.
"Now, where is this adorable Misaki that I keep hearing about. From both you and your brother...where is he Akihiko?" he asked as Hiroki moved forward to help me up.
They won't ruin this.
"Hi everyone...um...what's going on?" i heard a familiar voice say from the door.
All eyes turned to see the culprit behind those melodious words. My eyes widened in horror as I took notice of two confused idiots standing in the doorway. Misaki's brown eyes showed both confusion and fear as he took notice of the situation and his eyes landed on Haruhiko.

Misaki POV

"Hi everyone...um what's going on?" I asked.
The first thing I noticed upon entering the house was all of our family and friends. The smell of Manami's cooking filled the apartment. I was very surprised but even more surprised to see H-haruhiko and an older man that looked much like both Akihiko and Haruhiko.
"Oh Misaki, there you are." Haruhiko said moving towards me.
I tensed up as he did so, my mind flashing back to when we first me.
"NO! STAY AWAY FROM ME!" I yelled backing up against the wall.
I could feel my arms shaking, my heart was pounding so fast.
Why was HE here, who was the other man with HIM. They can't ruin this, I don't want this to happen. I...I
"GET AWAY FROM HIM!" I heard Usagi? yell and footsteps get closer.
I cried out as something heavy hit the ground by my feet, I didn't want to look in fear that Akihiko had been the one to fall. Arms wrapped around me and I flailed out in a panic.
"Misaki it's okay, it's me. Calm down, just breathe. Manami called the police, it's okay...it's going to be okay." Usagi's voice calmed my mind and I grabbed onto him.
He gently lifted me and took me to the couch, my eyes caught a glimpse of Haruhiko on the ground and a very confused man looking over him.
"What's the meaning if these actions Akihiko!?" he yelled out.
My grip tightened on him and I whispered in his ear,
"Who is that!?"
*ahem*
"Father. The meaning of this is that Haruhiko attempted to once again attack Misaki. Now will you leave, the two of you have caused enough damage as it is."
Father!?
"All I did was follow your bother here after learning that you were willing to marry off with a man rather than continue our blood line by marrying a woman. I will not accept this at all. You will stop this nonsense relationship and pick a wise suitor that will provide a strong willed, male heir." the man continued.
"I WILL NOT!"
"Excuse me!?...Without us you will have no name, I will not allow this...this...thing to continue." he said gesturing to the two of us.
I pushed out of Akihiko's arms and slowly made my way over to this man that said he was his father. My heart was pounding in my chest as I felt all eyes on me.
"Who exactly are you?" I was rudely asked upon walking to him.
"M-my name is Misaki Takahashi. Sir...with all due respect I may not be a woman, but by trying to make Akihiko end our relationship doesn't exactly mean he will marry a suitor and provide an heir. Besides I would never let it happen"..."Really? Why is that?"..."Be-because I-I..."..."Because you what? He can be so much happier with a woman that can give him a child. You're just a kid, probably a burden to him."..."No you're wrong!"

I paused to take a breathe as my mind cleared itself.
"I wouldn't let him leave me, and he wouldn't let me leave him. I love him too much that I can no longer imagine being without him. Even with our rough past...I used to think he'd be better off without me but time and time again he told me differently, he said the most beautiful words that showed I wasn't a hindrance, that he truly loved me. I could never understand that out of everyone in the world he chose me as the one he wanted. I probably never will. Three years ago I probably would have left him if it meant he'd be better without me, but now I can't...No... I won't leave him. He's the best thing that ever happened to me. I don't care if you don't approve...because...I LOVE USAMI AKIHIKO...AND I WILL NEVER LET HIM GO."
I gulped in some much needed air as brown eye looked over me.
"While I won't condone your relationship Akihiko, I can't say you didn't find a good partner. A feminine one too, I won't promise anything."
He said taking off with Haruhiko's unconscious form.
"Misaki?"
I turned around and only then did I notice how many people were in our apartment. Usagi walked towards me and wrapped his arms around my form.
"Thank you!"he whispered
"For what?"I breathed into his chest.
"For saying those words, never before did I think you loved me so much."
"Baka...of course I did. I thought it went without saying, though I'm sorry I never said it much til now."
"Don't be." he said as I felt him pull away.
"Close your eyes." he whispered.
I did so and heard movement and a few gasp but didn't know why.
"Misaki...I never imagined I'd find someone as perfect for me as you. I can't imagine my life without you in it and I wouldn't want to. So I have something very important I want to ask you in front of our closest friends and family." he paused and I could feel my heart in my chest and tears falling down my face.
"Will you marry me?" my breath hitched as I opened my eyes.
Akihiko was kneeling on one knee holding out a ring matching the one in my pocket, his eyes shone brightly and a small smile graced his lips.
Instead of replying the first thing I did was laugh.
I don't know why and no one else seemed to understand my reaction either.
"Is that a no?"instead a replying I fell to the ground and wrapped my arms around Usagi.
"Of course it's not a no...i was just thinking that grey minds really do think alike."He face
contorted in confusion.
"Reach into my pocket." I whispered slipping the ring he got me into my finger.
"Misaki!"
Everyone watched as Usagi pulled a ring to match the one he gave me.
"I was thinking of asking you the same thing. So please say yes or my bother will kill you."I joked as he captured my lips with his.
"Of course, I love to marry you Misaki." he whispered as we broke apart.
"Thank you."
I said, as emerald met amethyst, two colors that were made to be one.

It's done...I feel so accomplished.
I can't believe people actually liked it.
