"C'mon Cinder!" Iko squealed tugging on Cinder's skirt. " Let's go to the park.
Iko loved the park. Cinder did too in the fall. Fall. It was her favorite season. The punpkins. The smells. The changing leaves. The apples. Halloween. Cinder loved to dress up and go to partys even though she was 18. Cinder was going to the Marquesade ball dressing up as a cyborg princess. She would call herself Selene untill midnight.she would reveal her true name at midnight if anyone would dance with her
" CINDER!" Iko screamed when they had be lost in thought
" W-what is it Iko?"
" That guy is looking at you!" Iko said pointing at a dark haired man possibly around her age or older.
When the guy saw her and Iko looking back at him he turned away, ears and cheeks bright red.
Cinder couldnt help but stare he was quite handsome...
" Cinder...." Iko said impatiently
" Iko, im sorry. Im just...a..bit....distracted" she said handing Iko a bag of goldfish sneaking a glance at the man. Go play, look there's Peony!"
" Thanks Cinder. You're the best babysitter ever!" Iko said hugging Cinder and running off.
Cinder looked back at the man but he wasnt there. She felt a tap on the shoulder. Cinder looked back toward the sode of the bence and there he was. He was much more handsome in person. Much more. His tossled hair and... And his eyes. It took her a moment to realize she was staring. Cinder blushed and the man sat down next to her.
" Hello." He said grinning
Cinder's heart melted
H-hi"." She replied blushing madly.
"I was wondering if you'd like to go to the halloween festival on halloween with me?" He said
" Are you asking me out?" Cinder asked
" Maybe....Will you please go with me?" He said grinning
" I'd love to but I cant."
" Busy?" He asked
" No, it's I think you deserve someone better."

" Me too!" Peony, Iko's friend agreed
" Well my name is Kaito but you can call me Kai" Kai said handing Cinder a piece of folded up paper with a heart on the front
