Adeline's POV
Today was the day we would get the diagnoses if Tamaki's mother was clear of the disease. She had an abnormal throat disease that caused her to have trouble breathing and she couldn't talk for awhile.
We had to live in the hospital at how severe it was. I requested a grand piano and they put one in the room. Since the witch or Tamaki's grandmother had given us the best we could get anything we wanted. But that's all I asked for.
I started to play for Mrs. Suoh and she loved it. She requested me to play a song for her at least six times a day.
I was glad to do it. I hope she is well so I can let her talk and tell me what she wants me to tell Tamaki. Oh my Tamaki. I hope he hasn't forgotten me.
The doctors here won't let Mrs. Suoh talk. There scared it will hurt her vocal cords so she has to write. She's written letters she wants me to deliver to him.
She's determined to get better.
I stop my train of thought as the doctor walks in with the papers.
"Congratulations Mrs. Suoh! Your healed! You may talk now and the grandmother has told me to tell you the promise must be kept. Even with Miss. Adeline." He says looking at me as my smile goes to a frown.
"What do you mean?" I ask as I feel tears pricking my eyes.
"Your not allowed to see Tamaki either." He says as he gives me a sorry smile.
"But- but I must!" I say as I feel Mrs. Suoh's hand on my back.
"I really wish I could help but there's only one way." He says to me as I look at him determined.
"Please I'll do anything." I beg.
"I can't do much but I think you'll be happy with the results on the paper.
I look at him as I give a small smile.
He mouths to me, "new ID under papers."
I nod as I continue to cry. He hands me the papers as I take Mrs. Suoh's suitcase and mine. We walk out as we go down the elevator exiting the building going home.
"I'm so sorry." She says to me as I give a smile.
"Adeline never gives up that easily. Now, weren't you a beautician?" I ask as she has a smile on her lips with some tears.
"Oh Ada!" She says as I jump up and down clapping. She starts going to the bathroom and in the basement running up with supplies setting me down in a chair.
"Let's do this." I say as she laughs nodding.
First she starts to put my hair in a tight cap that was natural skin color. She grabs a wig and starts to untangle it. It honestly was the most natural wig in the world. It was blonde hair.
"Now be careful. This wig looks extremely real but if it comes off its over. Just don't touch it till you need to remove it.
She starts to naturally wave my hair as she hands me contacts. Violet contacts.
"Thank you." I say as I put them in.
She starts to put makeup on me as I sit still.
"All done!" She says with a smile.
I look in the mirror and see a beautiful princess.
"I look like I'm your daughter but the hair is platinum blonde." I say as I gently push it on my shoulder.
