meanwhile in the second dimension

"those in the first dimension are not ready for change. so we make change somewhere that wouldn't be surprised about these strange things as I bring those who can fight all to one place. it's time to bring the fight to the second dimension, and I need your help. i need you to bring those i've sent for help together, it is your job to me." a deep voice says. 

Hadley woke with a start.she recognized the voice that wasn't talking to her. it wasn't Charles though. Charles didn't sound like that. maybe it was just a dream she thought. no Hadley ember marshall never had dreams, she never had nightmare either. it was kind of reassuring. considering her life was just one big nightmare. the last nightmare she had was after she found out she was starks kid. for the longest time she had dreamed of who her dad would be, her mother died giving birth to. even though her mother was a mutant she was not durable enough to give birth to someone as strong as Hadley. lucky for her, her mother was good friends with the impeccable teacher and father figure charles xavier. that set her standards a little to high for what her should be. she knew what her dad was like however. charles never knew who her father was. he never broke into her mothers head to find out. that would have been extremely inconsiderate of him as one of her closest friends. so all he could say was all that she had described. handsome, extremely wealthy, charming, and he was gone the next morning never to be seen again only on television. however she did not fall for his charm. she fell for the fact she was really depressed one night and decided to get overly drunk. at the age of 18 Hadley was asked to by nicholas fury himself to join the world take down of thanos during the whole infinity gauntlet chrisis. when there she had met stark. they similarities were wide ranged. the only differences were not in looks but in personalities. he was so outgoing and flamboyant, and had a thing for just letting things slide and living in the moment. however hadley was entirely organized, strict, uptight. stark realized how oddly similar they looked physically and when she had told of the man whom her mother had met, Anthony stark stole a strand of hair from hadley and tested to see if she was his daughter. when the test confirmed positive he tried to get her to having more fun but not to talk to boys. but his attempts of trying to open her up a bit more had failed and she stayed completely responsible until she met richard rider. a snarky immature teenager who had shown interest in hadley and was not afraid to show it. when he had first started liking her but had made no attempts of showing her he had a talk with stark about how to get a girl to like you. stark had given him some deep advice, while captain rogers was present. captain rogers chipped in here and there (and his dating advice was far better for he was more of gentleman) and when richard had told stark he liked hadley, stark went into full father mode and tried to talk richard out of asking her out (without telling anyone yet how it was his daughter) it wasn't until Hadley's departure from the team that stark had revealed this (which causes a minor fight between himself and pepper and Hadley practically hating her mother for one or two weeks until realizing stark wasn't as bad a dad as she had thought, not great but not bad) but before her departure richard had not backed down from confessing to hadley, which resulted in her turning him down. hadley had not shown interest in him but he made her more out going and she made him more responsible and reliable (which meant deep down she really liked him she just wasn't going to say or show it because that was not her goal. she had incredible powers and she wasn't gonna let it go to waste over some teenage boy) after she had left the avengers and started protecting the galaxy on her own she missed richard. she was with the avengers for 3 years and it has been entirely two years since she was with them. she hasn't spoke to stark in about five months and Richard in the two years. she went off the grid. Richard searched for her but she refused to be found by anyone. now it may be time for her to go back home to earth.
