April is starting Highschool, she is hoping to really find herself and hopefully maybe even fall in love. Who knows she's only 14. She plays a lot of sports, her best friends name is Joy whom she loves very much. She has no idea what her life is about to turn into....

Aprils POV
"Mom I have everything I'm just ready to go" said April "well if you forget one damn thing you're grounded" said mom. She thinks I'm not ready for highschool and she treats my like I am ready to be an adult but yet also treats me like a child.
You all know how the first day goes with the "omg I missed you all summer we should've hung out" in other words were not really friends and I didn't miss you just saying that to be nice. I walked into first period all organized and ready I love English it made me feel like I could really open up on how I feel about life. I wasn't really good at English but I liked to write. Fourth period was always my favorite 'athletics' I loved working out. I played volleyball basically for a living I'm decently good at it.
I'm on the freshman team for volleyball this year and things are going great we're running a 5-1 and I play all the time (literally). I'm team captain which just makes everything better.
*school day is over*
"How was practice?" My Mom asked "it was great I really think this year is going to be good mom" I responded. "yeah" was all she could say. "Mom I'm really tired I'm gonna go to bed" I said. I wasn't that tired but I just wanted to relax "okay goodnight" said mom "goodnight"
As I laid in my bed thinking I got a text message which was kind of shocking since I only ever talked I joy

Caleb: hey(:
Me: hey
Caleb: what's up
Me: Nm, you?
Caleb: same, how was school?
Me: it was good hbu?
Caleb: it was good
Me: hey I'll talk to you tomorrow I'm tired
Caleb: okay goodnight(:

Caleb is a good friend he doesn't know much about me and i don't know much about him but I guess that could all change. Hopefully.
He would be the first boyfriend I have had since ... 7th grade? Lol Idc though I want a boyfriend but I want it to be real. Caleb would treat me right but i don't know if we would last. Oh well let's see how it goes.
