Hey, Neighbors (A Seventeen fanfiction)

Chapter 3

     Seventeen told us that they were going to have a q&a session with us, so we agreed.  We all sat in a circle, I was next to EunMi and Jeonghan, and they started.
"How old are you guys?" S. Coups asked us.
"We're both 17 years old." EunMi responds.
"Where were you born?" DK asks.
"I was born in the United States and EunMi was born in Canada." I respond. Simaltanious 'ahh's were the response.  I smiled at their reactions and I looked at Joshua, who looked curious.  He caught my eye contact, and I quickly looked away, preferring not to look like a weirdo.  I think he understood why I was looking at him with a questioning look, because he asked me where in the United States I was born at.
"I was born in L.A." I said. His eyes lit up and he smiled.
"Me too!" He said excitedly. I laughed at his adorableness. I looked back at him and saw him looking at me, but he quickly looked away as I looked. I instantly felt my face getting hotter. I decided not to think about it and finish the q&a.
"Can you call us Oppa?" Dino asked.
"1st off, I'm older than you. Second off, no.  We don't call people Oppa." Eunmi stated. They all started pouting.
"Get over yourselves." Eunmi said.
"DAYUM! Girl's got some sass." Seungkwan said. I laughed with everybody else. No wonder she has a reputation of being a diva.
"I'm not trying to sound rude but to you guys like, have parents?" S. Coups asked.  I looked at Eunmi, who looked like she was about to start sobbing, and decided to answer for her.
"Eunmi's parents died about a year ago, and my mom and dad separated.  I live with my mom, but she's pretty much always gone on buisness trips.  Thank god she sends me money though, because if she didn't I probably wouldnt live anywhere right now." I answered.
"Do you miss your mom?" Mingyu asked.
"Ehh.  I'm kinda used to her being gone." I said, kinda tearing up.  I decided to change the topic before I lose it.
"So are you guys going to school?" I asked. (Pretend they all go to school.)
"Yeah. Seoul School of Performing Arts."  Mingyu said.  My heart raced with excitement.
"Same!" I half-yelled.
"Cool!"
"Awesome!"
"Yay!"
     I don't think school will be half bad with these guys around.
