"Damn!" I yelled as I slammed on my brakes just before I hit the car in front of me.

I've got to pay more attention when I'm driving but the damned headaches are driving me crazy. Still, I don't think my parent's would be too proud if I wrecked the black 98 impala they left me. Man, this thing is a beauty.

Well, I guess I should introduce myself. My name Is Bellatrix Bengta Farshire, I'm seventeen years young. My parent's died two weeks ago in a mysterious car accident on a business trip on New York. Now, my brother Ceaser and I live in Chicago with Aunt Guinevere or Guin as I like to call her. I am now on my way to start my second week at my new hell school.

I slam my door shut and put out my cigarette, and just as I'm about to turn around I hear the loud rumble of a bike pull up behind me. Damn. I turn around and see Demitri Hemmington. He was gorgeous, tall and muscular with messy black hair and blue eyes that could pierce right through your heart. I give him a scowl and walk away. I've decided to avoid him all together because since the day I walked in the door to this school I've caught him in the shadows glaring at me. Honestly, it gave me the creeps.

The smell of text books and teen hormones fill the air as I walk in the front doors to Lancaster High. I walked to my locker ignoring all the stares in whispers. I guess I was the weird new kid dressed in black that everyone wanted to hit on. I shut my locker door which Simon and Rose were hiding behind.

"Hey Bellatrix" they say in unison.

Simon and Rose Proster were my first two friends here. They're blonde, beautiful, outcasts, and twins.

"Good morning Proster's" I say with a half-smile as I turn around and start walking.

On the way to class Rose's boyfriend Tyler and Clara joined us. Coincidently we all have the same classes together. Cliché, I know.

I blankly make it through the day of blurred classes of teachers whose name's I haven't bothered to learn and rush out the door at the last bell. I can feel it. That tingling in my body that starts at my fingers and the ringing in my head that is followed by the piercing headache. I'm about to jump in my car and speed away but there he was leaning against my door glaring at me. The look on his face was always almost indescribable. Confused and wondering like he was trying to figure me out.

"Can I help you?" I spit out.

"Bellatrix is it?" he says smoothly.

"What's it to you?" Seriously.

A smirk forms on his face, "I'm Demitri, I just wanted to introduce myself."

Honestly, come on! I'm running out of time!

"Well Demitri" I drag out.

"It was so pleasant to forcedly meet you, now if you'll excuse me I'm running out of time and I've got to go! So please move...Ahh!" I grab my head in pain. Shit, it's starting.

"What's wrong? Headache?" He asks curiously.

I put my arm on his and weakly push as I manage to breathe out, "Please move."

"Alright, till' next time, Bellatrix" he says as he moves and walks to his bike.

I jump in the car and speed out of the parking lot.

"Come on, come on, shit!" I scream as I'm weaving in and out of traffic.

It's getting worse, the tingling has worked its way throughout my body and the ringing is getting louder and louder. I pull up into my drive way, rush through the front door up to my room and slam my door shut. I feel a surge of burning energy slicing and rushing through me as I start feeling dizzy. Gasping for breath I slam my weight down on my desk and look up in the mirror. Holy hell, my eyes! My iris has turned completely black and my pupil is a blue deeper that the ocean itself.
