Nightmares

The 'thing'

I woke up in the middle of the night to a sudden drop of temperature in the room, I didn't think much of it so I held the blanket tightly to my body to keep warm then went back to sleep. I woke up again later that night to the sound of growls coming from a dark corner of my room, I sat up to see what it was but I wasn't able to glimpse anything except for two bright blue orbs with a red ring surrounding them, before I was able to rub the sleep out of my eyes and focus more on it, the 'thing' moved in an inhuman speed across my room and an top of my closet. Looking up I was met with a horrifyingly scary old lad, covered in ugly and bloody scars all over her body and more dark blood dripping off of her chin while staring at me hungrily.

My body froze in shock allowing her to bounce on me and rib my flesh open with her yellow, sharp teeth...
