Selvaggia was suspicious about Esmerlda and the same went for Angie too.

Selvaggia was simply upset because German was protecting Esmeralda over both her and Angie when he barely knows anything about her yet.
It was upsetting for her because she also loved Angie as her other best friend beside Ivana and just as with her she'd do anything for Angie too.
But right now she couldn't do anything.
