The year was 1952, home to classic rock, dancing, and poodle skirts. Violet Clarke belonged to the family that owned Clarke's, the popular hangout for highschoolers.

Violet's always wanted to be part of that, but overall, she's an introvert, and she's too busy working at the diner everyday.

Ryder's the exact opposite- he's the top dog, never worked a day in his life, and lives to party.

So what happens when these two exact opposites collide?
