i changed into a black basketball pants, sports bra, and a white tank top.
when i got there, there was a lot of people. i finally found Zach. he took me into a small locker room.
'this is your locker room if you get in'
'do all fighters get their own locker room?' i asked
'no, your the only girl here and i don't want guys to break into your locker'he said. i just nodded my head. i took my tank off and put my stuff away. zach gave me a key for the the locker room.
when we were walking to the cage he said 'i forgot to tell you that you need a nickname.i have one to, mine is jag '
'how about slasher'
'yeah you can use that'
when we got to the cage, jag announced about having me as a new fighter.
“It is my honor to announce that we have a new fighter.You guys know the drill, she has to win three fights in order to be one of our fighters. Yes, that’s right, I did say she!”The crowd was silent at first but then went wild.
jag announced my opponent. he was kind of buff. when jag announced my name, i stepped into the cage. the crown went wild. i even heard whistles.
the guy smirked at me. i just rolled my eyes. i walked over to him and shook his hand. i got in a ready stance. i blocked out everything, except him.
I watched the guy’s every move. The way he shuffled his feet, the way he held himself, and even the way held his fists.The bell rang and some music started blaring again.He jumped for me. I ducked just in time for him to miss.I shot back up and remembered that kicking is my strongest point.I can thank seven years of soccer for that.
I slammed my foot into his side and he didn’t even stumble. No, instead he got pissed. He stepped towards me and swung his fist into my rib cage.I looked up and saw Liam standing there yelling for me.I gained back my strength and slammed my fist into his face. This time he did stumble back. I used his stumble and kicked him square in the chest. He fell on his butt and I jumped on top of him.
I hit him in the face with all my force.After about three hits he managed to get me off of him.I took a couple steps back while he tried to balance himself.I slammed my fist into his face again and he fell backwards.The crowd erupted into cheers and zach came out into the cage. He shook my hand.
'good job slasher. ready for the next one' he asked. i nodded my head
the next guy was pretty easy to beat, but the next person was not who i expected.
It was keirnan!? he looked shocked at first but then smirked and waved. i just smiled. i walked over to him shook his hand and said good luck.
he lurched at me but I dodged it in time.He turned to face me and my fist collided with his face. SUCKER!
He glared at me and punched me in the jaw. My head snapped back and I felt the pain go through it.Just like that, my anger snapped.
I charged at him and kicked him in the ribs, then the knee.He stumbled backwards and I punched him with all the strength I had in his temple. He fell to the ground, but he snapped back up quickly.
“Not too bad, little girl.” He snarled.Is he stupid? He is already on my bad side, and now he is calling me a little girl. Oh H*LL NO!
He smiled when he saw my anger rise even more. He landed a blow to my ribs and I stumbled backwards in searing pain.I ignored the pain and used the adrenalin rush. I ran full speed at him not giving him time to blink. My knee snapped up where the sun doesn’t shine, and my fist hit him dead in the face. I hit him repeatedly, over and over again. He fell to the ground and I tried not to laugh at how sad this is.
a 'little girl' beating up a really big guy.
He was on the ground holding his ‘area’ with one hand and trying to block me from hitting him.
My knee went into his gut and he yelped in pain. I punched him one last time in the face before he was out. I stood up and walked over to the side were zach was .he was staring at me with wide-eyes and his mouth gaping open.
I realized that the whole damn place was silent. I looked around and they all mimicked zach’s face. Pure shock.
I cleared my throat to stop the silence but everyone just stared at me.
“Um, are you okay?” zach was the first to snap back into reality, and he started clapping. Soon the whole place was cheering.I blushed and smiled.
“Damn slasher!” zach yelled as the cheering died down.“That was our best fighter!” The place went silence when it clicked in my head.
i looked at keirnan, who was getting off the ground.
'WHAT NOW SUCKER' i yelled at him. everyone was laughing at that, even him.
I felt a hand squeeze my shoulder. I froze in shock. I turned slowly and Keirnan looked beyond pissed.After a minute he relaxed and smiled.“Not too bad at all. Welcome to our home.” I smiled and shook his hand too.
