A Million Chances

When we arrived to Vince destination I had already stopped cry. I didnt know where we were but I remember I used to come here a long time ago.

"Are you okay?" Vince asked placing me down on my feet.

"Yeah." I replied starting at my surroundings.

I noticed from the corner of my eye a big tree with a branch low enough for me to grab on to. I counted to 3 and made a run for it, I heard a growl and footsteps behind me. Before Vince can reach I grabbed onto the branch and tossed myself up grabbing another one and landing on the tree with my feet.

"Get down." Vince growled.

I simply nodded no and began to Clim higher.

"You little monkey." Vince said climbing the tree as well.

I glared at him hitting a lose twig making in hit him in his face.

He growled again picking up his paces as he grabbed my ankle making me loose my grip tumbling down the tree.

"Hang on!" Vince shouted dropping from the tree to the ground making a big !boom!

"Vince!" I cried out as my hands gave up letting go of the tree.

I felt all the air pass by me as my hair blurred up in front of me. I looked at the sky as I enjoyed the sun beating against my skin, all was silent as my life would soon vanish.

Before I could touch the ground I felt hands wrap around me as a hard crack and a shout came out.

I looked at myself and noticed nothing was broken and then I look at Vince and saw his ankle, it was purple and sore.

"Omg Vince please be okay." I said checking on him.

"I'm alright Kimberly just a sprang ankle." He replied trying to stand up but failed when I pushed him down.

"No its okay I'll go get one of my pack members." I said growling when he tried to get up.

"Chris, Omari I need your help pleas meet me by the old Lockwood tree." I mind linked them.

"I'm sorry." I said.

"For?" He replied.

"For not being the Mate you expected, for being the cause of your ankle, for everything." I replied looking down.

I felt him grab my chin and host it up.

"Listen beautiful, You did nothing wrong, its all my fault, I should have never insulted you or rejected you, your the best thing that could ever happen to me. I just hope you would give me a chance." He said kissing my forehead.

I blushed and smiled.

"I would give you a million chances just to be with you." I Replied grabbing his hand.

I felt him rub his thumb against my hand as we waited for my brother.
