I wake up to my annoying alarm. Instead of getting up like I was supposed to, I just press snooze. I'm almost fully asleep until my older brother, Raul, barges into the room making the door hit against the wall. Wake up already. You need to get changed or you're gonna be late" he says yanking my blankets off e and tosses it to the floor carelessly.
"Ugh..." I respond getting up.
"Hurry the fuck up" he says annoyed at my slow pace. I know it sounds like my brother doesn't really care about me, but to be honest he does care. We just have the love-hate relationship most cousins have.
Hold up let me introduce myself cause you're probably wondering like who the fuck is this. Well... my name is Alice Chavez i. I'm 16 years old. I'm a junior in Silicon Valley high. I'm 5'2 in height. I have hazel eyes with dark brown almost black hair. I'm known as the nerd at my school along with my two friends, well my only friends at school. But that's just our disguise. After school were totally differently people along with our four other friends.
Anyways...I get up and go shower since it's barely 7:07 am. I took a quick 5-10 minute and got out. I dried myself off and wrapped a towel around my body I brushed and blow dried my hair. After I finished doing everything I needed to do, I went to my closet to look for my outfit for today. I ended up choosing to wear; black jeans, burgundy sweater, black and white converse, and my geeky glasses, which I actually need.
I went downstairs to see if my brother was ready to go to school already since it's almost 8:00 and we school at 8:15.
"Are you ready?" Raul asked as soon as he saw e walk into the kitchen.
"Yeah let me just get an apple" I answered him
"Mom and dad left already but they said they'll be here in shower time for dinner" he said. I just responded by nodding.
"All right lets go to school"
"Ugh..." I groaned but still followed him out the door to his car. You might be wondering if my brother knows what I do after school, right? Well if you are the answer is no he doesn't. I would tell him about it but I do it for three different reasons;
A: he's probably going to tell me to stop
B: he's going to tell mom and dad
C: if I tell anyone else it'll put my family and friends in danger
"Alice!" Raul says while shaking my shoulder, a bit harder than he needed to might I add.
"What!" I said a little bit annoyed at him.
"We're here dumbass. You've been staring at nothing for 3 minutes already." He answered.
"Oh" was all I managed to say. I got out of the car and head over to were my two friends and I meet up at school under the tree
"Hey guys" I said to Marissa and chucky.
"Hi Marissa responded in her usual cheery voice. Let descried Marissa real quick; she has dirty long blond hair, brown eyes, 5'4, hyper, weird, always happy, and likes to meet new people.
"Wassup" Chucky said. Chucky has light brown eyes, brown hair, 6'1, crazy at times, and there for the people he cares about.
"Are you ready for the race tonight" Marissa asked me.
"Hell yeah" I replied happily.
