An Adventure In Paris

Chapter 4 -My Birthday-

-Jessie's POV-

"Today is my 16th birthday!" I shouted at the top of my lungs when I woke up the next day!

"Shut up!" Kat screamed as she threw a pillow at my face.

"That hurt..." I complained.

I figured that it meant that kat wanted to sleep in, so i decided to get up and go into Jaxons room.

When i got there he was laying on his bed looking at me. "Good morning princess" he grinned.

"Uh hi?" She questioned.

"So what do you want for your birthday?" He asked.

"It's my birthday today genius. You shouldn't be asking me this today!"

"I know, i know...So happy birthday" Jaxon threw a fair sized box that was wrapped in prencess paper at me. "Be careful its delicate"

"Then why did you throw it at me?" I argued.

When i unwrapped the present there was a picture of a good quality camera. "Are you serious" i said as my jaw dropped.

"Happy birthday" he grinned

"Thank you, thank you, thank you!" I screamed as i gave him a big hug.

We took the camera out of the box and read the instruction manual to set it all up.

We walked out into the kitchen where my mom and Kat were waiting beside a stack of pancakes with a candle in it.

"Happy birthday" they both shouted as i took a picture of them...and my pancakes.

After breakfast we went sight seeing again so i could take pictures and make a scrapbook.

For lunch mom took us all out to a small cafe, we all just had burgers and fries. When we got home we all started to pack because we were taking the first plane out of paris tomorrow.

That night after dinner we all went to bed early so we could wake up early to catch our flight.
