Part 1

Sophias P.O.V

Today was the fist day back at school for the year and all I could think about was how much I didn't want to be here and how I just simply don't fit in. I mean don't get me wrong i'm not a social outcast or anything I am actually one of the most popular people in the school but everything everybody knows about me is fake. I am the schools good girl. Blonde hair nice clothes and spoilt. Well at least that is what everyone thinks.

As I turned up at school I immediately spotted my group of friends and my current boyfriend.

"OMG Sophia you look amazing girl! I wish we had caught up more through the holidays!" Lucy practically screeched. Lucy is my best friend. I have known her since pre-school and ever since the fist day we met we just seemed to click.

"Babe why did you never call me back!" River my boyfriend grunted unhappily.

"Uh sorry I just had a lot of family stuff." I lied. In reality I was just avoiding him because I knew that he wanted to take out relationship to the next step and long story short I am most definitely not ready to do that. Yeah I may be popular but I'm not a slut that will just sleep with him for the sake of it.

Now my school is not one of those stereotypical schools where populars only talk to populars and the nerds only talk to nerds etc. Everyone is over all fairly nice to everyone. JOKES. It is way to stereotypical and I hate it but there are some of us (for example me) That just talks to everyone and anyone. I always walk around with a smile on my face because a simple smile can change somebodies life. Well thats what I have been Told anyway.

"Soph are you even listening!!!!"

"What? oh sorry Lucy, what were you saying" Whoops I guess I had completely tuned out.

"THERE IS AN NEW KID JOINING OUR SCHOOL TODAY AND THE ROMOUR IS THAT IS IS HOT" She yelled in my face.

"Oh thats cool I guess."

Just as I said that we saw the new kid stumbling in. Well he is cute I guess but he'll be a nerd. You can tell from a mile off.

But I swear I know him from somewhere..

As I was walking to my first class by myself I couldn't help but think that I knew this new kid. I stumbled into my class and sat down right at the front. yes your probably wondering why the hell I would do that. Well long story short I am a straight A student and I actually like to work hard in class. Shocked? I know, everyone always is.

We were about 20 minutes into class and everyone was going crazy since no teacher had turned up. See the rule here is Australia is that if a teacher doesn't turn up within the first 15 minutes you do not have to stay in class and you can basically go and do what ever you want. While I was just sitting there drawing the old speaker boomed.

"Sophie Grace please come to admin immediately"

Oh shit. What did I do.

Sorry I know this is shitty and badly written but I promise it will get better. This is my first ever book so I apologise in advance. Anyway I'll post the first few chapters at once and I apologise for how short this one is!!
