Exclusive to the famous

Exclusive to the beautiful

The truth is

The world only wants perfection

The world wants people who will slave for the priviledged

The world wants money

Hope

Nothing but an illusion

Nothing but a dream

Nothing but a lure

Dreams

Only granted to the wealthy

Only granted to prodigies

Only granted to those with connections

What is work?

A way to make the unfortunate pay for the perfect

What is real power in this world?

Fame, money, and good looks

What is life?

A way to force slavery onto the hard working

What is a promise?

A way to use someone

Love

Only for the attractive

Only for the shameless

Only for the rich and famous

The truth is

No one cares about the little guy

No one cares about the starving

No one cares about the suffering

Justice

Happiness

Loyalty

Compassion

It's all just one big joke

The world is playing on the foolish

The world is playing on the good and the honest

Why do we even try?

We know we'll fail

We know we'll be pushed and held to the ground

We know we'll always be seen as nothing but ATMs

We know we'll be used and abused

People care about someone's death

As long as it's a celebrity or of the upper class

People want to help

When they can use it as leverage to get what they want

People are kind

So long as they can tear that person down for fun

The truth is

There's really no point

We will be used

We will make no difference

We will die worthless

We really should give up

Maybe then there will be no disappointement

No lies

No suffering

Life is miserable, unless you're attractive, rich, or famous

Otherwise, is there anything to live for?

Is it even worth it?
