I remember those years, I remember them very well. The times I won't forget and the times that reminded me that life is worth living. I remembered the first time I walked to that place and that place was my best friend ever since. Many reasons why it was my best friend, the view of the lake I saw was superb. I even got to meet one of my angels in life because of that place and I even got to sit under the huge tree. The tree during the time was a beauty as well; the beauty of red and green colors of the leaves just brought me in to a warm cozy place. That place was even my home. This all happened because of this,

"Dirt rag! You are going to the Hamilton home to drop some of the laundry, " said my lovely mother as she threw me a huge sack of clothes and pushed me out of the cabin.

"I'm tired of seeing your ugly face around the house, so I'm letting you go," she said.

I just nodded my head, in my heart I was bursting out of happiness. I was finally let go out of the dusty old cabin. I walked slowly to show no interest and once my mom went inside I started running through the cobblestone rock pathway. I remember laughing and smiling to see the nature around me that I haven't seen for ages. I then stopped, seeing a beautiful lake and a serene view. I didn't know what attracted me to that place, but I had to stop laughing and smiling. I was awed by wonder of such nature existed in the world. I walked closer and closer to the lake; I saw the bright sun shining down on me. Not only that but a few ships from a far distance who were there probably for trade. I knew I was running late for the laundry order so I quickly went to the cobble stone path to run to my order. Running back home, I needed to stop by that place again because I was too awed by it. Something about it just brought me too close to it. When I got there I saw a boy near that lake, a little bit older than me by two years I guess. He looked like if we was a trader.

"Hey, I can't help it but to say hi to your beautiful presence. Your presence from my telescope led me here. For your beauty is the same as the North Star," he said.

I laughed at his way of getting me interested in him, this boy was just someone so unique in a unique place.

"Wow, you must have come so far, if you ever saw the North Star," I said to him smiling.

From that point on this boy was someone special but little did I know in that moment of time. We both enjoyed the lovely view of the lake, and sat down and had our talks.

"My lady I'm sad to say I must leave you right now. Just wait for me here every day at that time when I first greeted you," he said.

I nodded my head in happiness knowing this boy is purely just someone so close. From that day on, I remember being happy more. My mom however didn't suspect a thing at all. I remember running that fast to get the order done just to meet him. When I did meet him each second was a time that I won't forget. The time of us playing hide and seek, walking across the woods, climbing trees, splashing our faces with water from the lake. He was my happiness and I couldn't live without him I remember thinking. Until that one day under the rays of the sun he hugged me so tight and kissed me in the cheek saying "See you 'morrow my love". Little did I know he won't ever see me again. As my angel left me, for that place was my tears ever since.
