"Fine." I replied sighing.

"Friends?" He asked

"Friends." I fiddled with my fingers, looking down. "I should.. g-et going now." I said.

"Okay, uh- bye." He said with a smile. Well that was awkward. I cant believe I agreed with being friends with him, again. I hope this wasn't a mistake.

-------after school-------

I'm heading home and my phone buzzes.
Ethan- hey wanna come to a party with me and brooke tonight?

Me- idk I don't really feel like going anywhere :-/

Ethan- Cmon Ariana u need to get out the house when was the last time you had a fun night??

He was right.

Me- okay , u win.

Ethan- Me and Brooke will pick you up at 5:30 :D see ya later

Never really have been a party person. I only said yes cuz Ethan was right. Its been a while since I went out and actually lived my life. It was around 5:00. I started getting ready for the party. I wore some ripped and light washed jeans with a crop top that said I'd rather be sleeping, with my white converse. I brushed my hair and did simple and little makeup.
*beep beep* looks like Ethan and Brooke are here. A tad early but whatever. I grabbed my purse and stuck my phone in there.

"Bye be back later." I say rushing out the front door. I saw Brooke wave to me through the passenger window. I waved back. I opened the door in sat in the car.

"Hey Ariana." Grayson said. He was sitting in the back seat with me.

"Hey." I said quietly.

The rest of the ride was queit. Except for Ethan blaring music nonstop. Then we pulled up to a house. No, more like a mansion. "Remind me what this party is for again?" I asked getting out the car. "Its Cara's birthday and he parents is away and like everyone was invited." Brooke said. We walked in. The house was full of familiar faces, also people I have never seen in my life. Music filled the air in every room. Brooke and Ethan went off to go meet up with some friend I guess and I went to go sit at the fancy bar like part in the kitchen. I sat down, and let out a sigh. A boy came and set down next to me. I haven't seen him before.

"You look a bit depressed." He stated.

"Just a lot on my mind." I said.

"Hey its a party, chill out, relax, here have a drink." He said handing me whatever was in his cup. I figured it was some kind of achol so I just yoloed. I mean, what is a teenage party with out achol involved?

"There you go." He said as I took a huge gulp. "Come let's go see what other people are doing." He said as he grabbed my hand and we left the kitchen part.

Grayson's POV.

I was hanging in the back of the house with a bunch of people by the pool. I went inside to go get a snack. I walked onto the patio. "CHUG, CHUG CHUG!" I heard people call out. I walked over to see what was happening. There was some people infrount of me, but by the looks they were doing that game were they hang you by your legs upside down, and you had to chug a thing of drink. The people infrount of me cleared. It was Ariana? She was upside down with two guys holding her legs. Her hands planted on the table and a long tube in her mouth connected to a chest of achol. She was chugging achol like there was no tomorrow. She waved her hand signaling she couldn't handle anymore achol. They set her feet down. My god she looked drunk. I walked over to her.

"Ariana are you all right?" I asked.

"Couldn't be better. Drank half the cooler of drink there they guys seemed to be pretty impressed." She said.

"Come with me, we are going to sit you down for a bit." I said grabbing her arm. I headed toward the chairs by the pool. She stumbled as I walked with her. Her arm escaped my grasp.

"Come on Grayson, let's have some fun." She said. What was she about to do? She started taking off her shoes and then socks. Then she jumped into the pool. Every looked at her. And then more people started jumping in. She swimmed to the side. I laughed a bit and shook my head.

"Okay Ariana I think you have had your fun." I say.

"You want me to get out?" She said with puppy eyes.

"Yea now come on" I laughed a bit more.

"Come in and get me then." She said and she dived underwater swimming away. Oh my god I said and laughed it off. I took off my shirt and threw it on the chair and jumped in. I swam over to her. She tried swimming away, but I hurried up and caught her. I grabbed her arm and pulled her close to me. We were fave to face, heavy breathing in the shallow part of the pool. I leaned in a bit, she did to but pulled away. Such a tease, even if she was drunk or not.

"Come on Ariana I caught you, time to go." I said.

"Kayyyy." She said, she got up out the pool and stumbled over to the towels. She handed me one and dried herself. Then she leaned over the grass and puked. Not surprise, she out did herself tonight.

"Okay your to drunk to go home like that, your coming home with me Ariana." I said.
