Chp 4: Love Square (prt 1)

I couldn't go after all to James' house due to a problem that occurred last night. I heard that James is always being controlled by the most famous billionaire in the area, Jake Smither, he's just as famous as Christian Grey from the book.

I'm walking to work when I bump into my enemy, Max. Max and I were best friends since middle school, but he betrayed me after an incident in the High school we used to go to.

"It hasn't been years and your dumb ass appears in front of me, pathetic" he snaps at me

"Sheesh you're still to stubborn as always" I say and roll my eyes

"Zip it, I will not listen to your stupidest excuses again!" Max screams. What excuse? I haven't said anything yet

"Why are you here?" I ask

"None of your business" he said and then stomps away. What was that?
