Chapter 18

5 minutes before fire

“Where in hell are we going” Jared was complaining as Seiji was pulling him away from the cell.

“We got to save Ryu, just hopefully hurry along” Seiji yelled as they hurry out the hall and enter the room.

“Oh god!!” Jared turns pale white as he is seeing Ryu getting beat to death.

“Don’t worry, he can take it?” Seiji was looking around the room.

“How can he take that, he is getting killed” Jared was really nervous.

“You really got lots to learn about Ryu, one thing for sure, he a survivor” Seiji said with pride, that made Jared blink in surprise.

“Here wear this” Seiji pull a sweatshirt” this will help protect you”

“From what…” Jared yell, but Seiji already left him standing in the doorway.

Jared shakes his head as he put on the sweatshirt, he pull on the hoodie to put his long hair in.

“Where is Seiji going, how is he going to save Ryu” Jared thought as he watch the man he is started to love being hurt in front of him.

God please hurry up Seiji, Ryu looks as thought he is close to death……..

Seiji left Jared as he push toward the crowd,

“Just hold on Ryu, we will get out of here’ Seiji thought as he made it to the north of the room, Seiji was remembering what Ryu said before they made it here

“Seiji, the place we are going to enter is an airtight arena, it is miles under the earth, what I need you to do it start a fire at the entrance”

“Are you freaking crazy, are you try into kill us too, and what About Jared”

“You are going to save Jared, as I am holding up Master and his henchmen; you are going to get Jared”

“Ok so if I am able to save him, how are we going to escape if there’s a fire at the entrance?”

Ryu shook his head sadly” You leave Jared at the hidden back entrance, if we know Master, then he did not tell his men that there was another way out, so as you destroy the front stairway with fire, you will take Jared out the back way……

“So everyone dies but us three!!

Ryu look at Seiji with sad eye, Seiji started to realize something” You are not planning to escape with us, are you…

“No, as I handle Master, you will leave, I will make Master stay back hurting me, Master will realize it to late to escape, so that will be my  moment to kill him”

“No” Seiji grabs Ryu” Don’t do this, there got to be…

“There no other way” Ryu said with determination” I will get my revenge on master, even at the caused of my life’.

‘But…

“No buts, you will save Jared and leave me behind…..

Seiji shook his head as he was brought back in the present moment, what Ryu did not realize is that Seiji still plans to save him.

As Seiji put tons of gasoline on the stairway, he locks the top entrances so that no one can escape.

“oh no” Seiji said as he reenter the arena, he see Master was over Ryu body.

‘Kill him” Master has shouted as he was leaving Ryu.

“No, if Master leaves the arena, then he will survive’ Seiji knew he had to start the fire, so he went toward the tie up guards, looking at Seiji with murder in there eyes.

“I believe this is your” Seiji lit a match and stuck it on the rope between the tie up guards.

Seiji knew he have lest then a minute before this place goes on fire. So when he enters the room, he follows the wires on the wall that leads to the power boxed.

“Goodbye Light, hello darkness” Seiji said as he pulls down the switch.

Darkness came and Seiji knew if he couldn’t see, then the others couldn’t see.

“What in fuck is happening” Master voice shouted over the screams of the men here.

Seiji saw that one of the men tries to get through the entrance, but it was lock tight, when the man saw the smoke coming under the door, he scream” FIRE”

That when Panic rise, every man started to scream, and all try to find someway out, the fire started to come through the walls, and is now surround the room.

“HELP” People were creaming, some right away caught on fire, that made people more panic as people are burning to death.

Seiji manage to evade where the fire is and people who seem to be in panic mode, Seijui manage to get on the ring, and saw Jared over Ryu body.

“We got to hurry” Jared said to Seiji as he came close.

“Stand back” Seiji said as he drew up his gun and fire the chains that were on Ryu body. As soon as the chains were off, Seiji grabs Ryu body and hold pull him over this shoulder.

“Seiji, how are we escaping” Jared voice is in fear as he see the fire spreading quickly; he is seeing so many people burning alive when the rest were screaming. And the smoke was so hard to see in.

Follow me” Seiji yelled as he moves toward the back way.

Jared was having a hard time catching up, as they are going through the crowd and smoke.

Jared screams as he see some dead body on the ground, some seem to dies of smoke inhaling, other seem to be stomp to death hat the chaos.

Seiji manage to get on the far end wall with Jared.

“Where now” Jared scream, as the fire just got to the arena, smoke in the air was making so much hard to breathe,

“Push that stone”

“What stone”

“The on that is leaning out in the lower corner”

Jared see that on the lower corner there was a small input stone ledge out, it was barely noticeable, so when Jared push the stone in, and a doorway open out of the wall.

Jared and Seiji hurry in the doorway, the smoke was so dark that others could not see it, so they were all to late as the door slide back down, leaving Seiji, Ryu and Jared in a small stairway leading up.

“What is this” Jared was gulping in air and taking off the sweatshirt.

“This is Master secret escape route, Master had it in here in case of emergency” Seiji was breathing in quickly.

“Wait, if Master know this place then he will escape too” Jared voice held panic.

“No he won’t” Seiji look at the wall and saw a small computer that opens the doorway, Seiji with his free hand shoot the machine.

“Now he can’t escape” Seiji smile as the screen went dead.

Jared smile as they left the climb the stairs to the surface. Leaving the fire and ruin behind……..

So they are safe, but let Hope Ryu survive his injuries, so what ever happen to Master, well next chapter be out soon.
