I fell something hit my arm, I smell smoke, and hear the crackling of branches around me. I flare my eyes open the sting of smoke and ash hit them. "Fire!?" I say as I jump up from the ground snatching up my bag and jacket. I need to get to the lake! I start

running down the path, avoiding the branches and fire. I glanced down at my

arm while I was running, it had a big bruise

on it. What did that? And who woke me up? I kept on running until a tree, engulfed in flames fell down blocking the path. I started to panic as I frantically moved my head back and forth, looking for a way out. I was breathing in to much smoke, I fell to the ground knowing I would die hear. But then as if by grace I see 5 figures with wings jumping over the tree. None of them the same height. The tallest one in the middle stared at me, she had purple, red eyes. She ran over and picked me up, I couldn't see her face...... It was covered in black fabric. She looked back at the other people behind her. "GO!" She said and we where up and flying, we got some place safe and landed. She put me down. I was about to give my thanks when a high pitched scream cried for help. They all looked in the direction of the scream and ran towards it "Don't follow us" the girl who carried me hissed. Then like that they were gone. I ran after them anyways, I didn't wanna be left alone. I ran into the smoke, not knowing where I was running. Suddenly the ground slipped out from under me and I was falling into nothingness. I tried to scream but noting came out. I had fallen of a cliff!!... I jolted awake, screaming as I shot up. Holding my hand over my chest..... It was a dream? It seemed so real... I looked down at my arm..... A big bruise was there....
