The child

One night far in the enchanted forest the evil queen sat there against a tree drinking her thought away in self pity remembering her murdered love feeling vulnerable and raw inside. Then she heard a noise as a one handed pirate came towards her standing in front of her with a smug expression on his face.

"Well, well what do we have here" he said as he bent down on one nee to come eye level with a heart broken woman. "Who are you"? She asked confident and strong. " the names Hook, Captain Killian James Hook, your majesty. Should you care to share some rum"? He asked.

She studied him carefully he had black, short messy hair with a goatte and dark brown eyes full of mystery that you could look at all day, he was suited up in his leather as usual staring back at the beautiful dark queen.

"Alright, what else have I got to lose" she replied. He smirked at her comment and sat beside her they spoke for hours till the sunrise. As he looked at her with lust studying her carefully, at her black long loose curled hair and fair skin,looking into her big brown eyes staring back him. He couldn't help it no more and pulled her towards him kissing her lightly with his hand in her hair and hook around her waist he started kissing down her neck making her moan and he smiled through the kisses. She had her hand around his neck and she turned to sit on his lap to kiss him once more, they broke the kiss panting, gasping for breath as they looked at each other and that's when it all began.

The Queens pain had all gone as she found new love with the captain, every time he went to sea she was by his side and for the first time the pair were happy.

A few months went by and the Queen ran down to her love. "Killian" she called he turned round looking at the unreadable expression in her face. "What's wrong Regina? " he asked concerned "I ...I think I'm pregnant " she said looking at his surprised face,worried as she waited for a reply. He turned to her and said " that's ..um..that's amazing as his expression went from shock to excitement as he held her in his arms with his head touching her forehead he said " I hope our child is as beautiful as you but not as stubborn of course". She laughed and replied " well that's gonna be hard considering your just as bad as I am ".

When she looked at him he noticed she wasn't telling him something and asked " what's wrong love". "You do realise were gonna have to go back to the kingdom for know don't you?". " well yes" he replied " and I supose wele have to get married to make it all official". She turned to him shocked and asked "Captain Hook are you asking me to marry you?". " that I am lass". "Well then yes I will marry you ".she replied hapilly

The pair sailed back to shore on the jolly roger and announced the news, a month later they were married and 6 months later came their child. As they both looked upon the beautiful enchanting baby girl, they pondered on what to call her after a long silence he turned to his wife and said " Scarlett, let's call her Scarlett ". Regina looked at her husband and said " great its settled we shall call her scarlett, fine name for a powerful princess don't you think?". "Why I lass" he replied.

The night before Scarlett's first birthday as the child slept quietly in her room the windows opened quietly and slowly as a figure of a man stoodbefor e the sleeping child.he picked up the baby and was gone in a flash, he took her to Hamelin a qiuet town miles away from the kingdom and knocked on the door of a family who was in his dept. "Dark one what can we do you for?" Asked the man at the door. " it seems you ow me and as payment I need you to raise this child as your own" replied the dark one. " whose child is it?" asked the man's wife. " this child is the princess dearie, princess Scarlett rose of the Queen Regina and the pirate". The couple gasped in shock " her magic,they'll find her and kill us "the woman said. The dark one laughed " I taught the Queen all she knows dearie and yes she may be strong but I have a spell to protect you from her magic of finding you "replied the dark one. "Why did you take her in the first place asked the man holding the sleeping child. The dark one came close in his face and said " that is for me to know and you to find out". With that the dark one was gone.

The morning of Scarlett's birthday Regina walked into her room " happy birthday my little" she stopped stumped. "Scarlett....SCARLETT" she yelled. Regina ran down the stairs "WHERE IS MY BABY" she screamed drawing everyone's attention. "What do you mean love" asked killian. "Scarlett's gone" she replied. The kingdom was in caos trying to find the child and soon all knew of the taken princess. Regina tried to use magic but it all failed. They searched everywhere but could not find her, she was gone.
