Me and Lucas at my apartment and of course my mother isn't home , she's always at work , so it was kind of awkward just the two of us here alone in the same room
Lucas: so where's your mom or dad
Maya: my mom is at work until two in the morning and my dad well I never met my dad
Lucas: oh I'm sorry I didn't know
Maya: no it's ok , it's not your fault I have a terrible life
Lucas:don't say that , and your dad is stupid to leave his daughter's life , every girl needs a father or a father figure right
Maya:( looks at her feet) I guess I'm not sure
Lucas:( lifts her head up) I like you Maya , I like you a lot
