There was no seaweed in sight for miles. The worst thought that could get me banished was bouncing around in my head trying to get out.
"I must take him back to the kingdom so the guards don't get him before I can actually know why he was in the kingdom." The thought was giving me headache. I used my training in real school to cause a distraction and lead the guards away. I called out to the crabs that lived bellow me and asked them a simple question.
"No! We will not do that!" They snapped at me causing me to fall backwards a little.
"Please. For the princess." I added into the conversation. Which I don't like doing that because I fell like they have to bow to me, or feel like I am way above them, or that I am better than them. The red crabs looked at each other and communicated back and forth then faced me.
"Fine, but we want to take one of those tours of the palace, the guards think that we are useless."
"Deal." I told them the plan and the oldest went up to the guards and pointed them in the opposite direction.
I dragged my mystery man back to the palace and out of sight of anybody. And got a human air mask that the mermaids once made for men so they could breathe and speak underwater. But I kept one hidden from anybody to figure out how to use one. I rushed to my closet and pulled out a box from my secret department and grabbed the mask. He must have been unconscious for at least 3 minutes from where I found him. I wrapped the mask around his hard head and waited. His big blue eyes opened in an instance and looked right into my soul.
