She's Not Afraid

Chapter 4

**Recap Liam’s Pov**

I walked farther into the parking lot when I suddenly heard some noises.

I frowned, I sounded like someone was crying.

I stepped closer to where the sound came from.

I clearly wasn’t alone, that’s for sure.

But who else is here?

Liam’s Pov

“Hello?” I called out, wanting to make sure if there was actually someone here and that It isn’t just my imagination that I created because I’m tired.

“Is someone here?” I added. But there was no answer to any of my questions. Only I could make out the sound of faint sobs.

Okay it was clear; someone is here.

“look I can clearly hear you cry. Please come out” I called out. But there was still no answer.

I listened intensely, trying to figure out where the sound of faint sobs came from. I walked towards one of the parked cars and I found someone sitting against it, her back leaning against it and her arms firmly wrapped around her knees, pulling them as close as possible to her and her head buried in them.

I frowned and slowly walked over to her.

I think she noticed me  cause suddenly she sat frozen in her spot, as if she was scared and holding in her sobs but she didn’t lift up her head, but I knew it was a girl.

I could see that at the way her body was build. And her long hair that hung in front of her face, hiding it even more.

I couldn’t see her better because of the dark as well.

I bend down in front of her.

“hey, are you okay?” I asked concerned.

But she didn’t answer.

“errrr girl, whose name I don’t know, is everything alright?” I asked again but her face stayed” buried and hidden in her pulled up knees.

I carefully placed my hand under her chin, she flinched but that didn’t make me remove my hand from her chin.

I slowly forced up her chin so I could see her face and I gasped!
