It was the beginning of the Fall Semester in 2000, at Michigan State University. New students moving in, and old ones catching up with friends. Most of the teachers and staff were the same, but the school had decided to add a new class, which means they'll need a new teacher. At the school assembly, Dean Powell had introduced the Head of Technology, Mr. Morgan, and the new teacher Mr. Chagdes. He only said a few things, mostly about who he was and that he'd rather be called Mr. C because his name was hard to pronounce. After the assembly, Mr. C went to his classroom to prepare for his first day of class. When the students walked in he greeted them with excitement. He again introduced himself and asked for intros from his students as well to get to know them. Most of the students were just as enthusiastic and participated in getting to know each other. Although, a group of girls thought he was a little strange and gave off this mysterious vibe like he was hiding something they played along. While others thought he was pretty cool, and just like any other new teacher, maybe a little nervous about his first day as well.
The next couple of weeks had its ups and downs, some students didn't seem too interested in the topics Mr. C was teaching, others were a little too interested. The popular girls stayed close and chatted with each other mostly about things non-related and when Mr. C told them they would be separated, they made a plan to show him who was really in charge. Or so they thought, Mr. C was hiding a dark secret and would make them regret this decision in the end.
That weekend they got together and came up with their plan. They decided to make accusations that he was sexually harassing them because they knew he would get into a lot of trouble. Britanee decided to say when she asked for some help on a lesson he was a little too touchy for her comfort, and in class, he would stare at her, and look her up and down. The others came up with similar stories and even added that he would make remarks towards them that made them feel called out in class to make them more uncomfortable.
The following week, Mrs. Spricer, the English Professor, overheard a group of students talking about how off Mr. C was and one girl said that she thought he should be evaluated. Mrs. Spricer spoke with some of the other teachers, and they all then informed the Dean. But Dean Powell didn't take it seriously, and just brushed it off, and then telling he thought there was no reason to really look into the suspicions right now. When the Dean wouldn't help and check into what was said they decided to talk to some of the students in Mr. C's Class during lunch.
First, they talked to a couple that was in the class together, Britanee Snow and Bobby Atwood. They had different perspectives on their technology teacher. Britanee said that he gave her the creeps, she feels uncomfortable when he looks at her and feels like he is staring at her through her clothes. Bobby implied that he thought he was pretty cool, and he seemed mysterious at times but that was no problem everyone was a little weird and mysterious in their own ways. After talking to the couple the teachers spoke with a few more students. They began calling them down one by one.
The next students they called down were Brooke Macintosh, Samantha Mantegna, and Allison Gibson, they said the similar things to what Britanee said about their tech teacher. Next, they questioned Alex Watson, Shawn Marris, and Jace Barrios, they didn't see an issue with his mysteriousness because everyone likes privacy. They also said he was cool and they believed that he was very good at his job and they loved the way he teaches. The final two girls they asked us a lot different from everyone else's opinions. When they called Sarah Brewster and Jennifer Wilder, Mrs. Spricer noticed that the two girls were lusting over Mr. C. They had nothing bad to say at all about this man. She couldn't believe what was being said. They each talked about how adorable and sexy he is, and how if they could they would marry him. The teachers became worried that maybe he was involved with these two young girls as well as trying to groom the others.
