Zoey's pov

We arrived at the hall and I can say I am very much intimidated with everything . Including the alpha and luna arriving and all the lunas are all beautiful and they all look older and mature. I just feel so out of place like I don't belong here I belong in the woods with my brother hunting but I guess I have no choice.

"I can't wait to show you off to all the alphas that you're mine and rub it in there faceses and watch as there faceses fill with anger and the most jealousy."Austin said happily.

"They won't if I told them that you have been keeping me hostage."I said with a smile

"You wouldn't."he growled.

"Just kidding calm down you biplor idiot."I said

"I'm not biplor."he said angrily

"Whatever let's just go in." I said

We went it was a very grand and beautiful hall.

"Will you do me the honour by haveing a dance with me."he asked like a gentle man.

"Whatever."I said

He lead me to the dance floor.

"There are other words except from whatever."

"Whatever".I said in a bored tone.

"Remember our deal you have to act lovingly and am sure looking at me like you want to strangle me is not lovingly."he said trying to sound funny but his eye just looked sad and desperate I really do feel sorry for him even I wouldn't want a mate like me.

"Whatever."I said

"I have to go talk to one of the alphas go sit down there next to the bar."

"Whatever."I growled my wolf not liking being told what to do.

He sighed and walked away.

I have been sitting by my self for the past 20minute and Austin is still talking to the stupid alpha I wonder what they would be talking about for so long.

"May I ask what a beautiful woman like you is sitting all alone by her self."a man said and can I say wow if he was a desert he would be de_li_ous. I did not even notice him sitting in front of me.

"Ummm nothing my mate is talking to an alpha."I said.

"Well if you don't want me sitting here I could leave."he said.

"No no sit I have been sitting here for a while and am sure a little company would help."I said

"Hi I am Jordan."he said with a smile that could make a girl melt but for some reason not me maybe because of my mate is so gorigious no other guys compare

"May I ask your name."he asked I did not even know I was spacing out.

"Zoey."I said with a smile.

"Well nice to meet you zoey."he said while kissing the back of hands making my breath hitch.

"May I say if you were my mate I would never leave you sitting alone. What is your mate's name anyway?"he asked

"Austin knight may ask what your mate's name is as well."

"She died a year ago."he said

"Omg I am so sorry ."I said

"Don't it wasn't your fault it was the rogues that killed her."

"Well if there is anything you need then you should ask I know how it feels like to lose some one dare to your heart."I said in sad tone.

"How?"

"I lost both my parents at 7months old my brother has been taking care of me since I know how it is like to miss someone and know that you would never see them again."
I explained.

"It is so nice to meet someone that shares my pain but you've got your mate now."

"Well truth be told I don't really want a mate."

"Really?"
"Yea especially Seens his family was the people's who took my parents away from me."

"Wow fate can be cruel."

"I know."

"Well just because he was chosen for you doesn't mean you have to stay with him .you are the first woman I have talked to ever sincd my mate died and I fill a ceretain_."

Before he could finish of the sentence Austin came and pulled me into his chest and growled "MINE."

And stared rushing me out.
"Just because I leave you alone you go talk to another guy."

"Yea talking i was bored and you were taking ages."I explained

"Well you did not seem to want talk to me earlier."

"We were talking nothing happened between me and him."

"Well I have been hearing from other alphas of how he lost his mate a year ago and he has been trying to take other alphas mate ever since then I never want to see you talking to him ever again."

"Who the hell do you think you are telling me what to do you don't get how it is like for him."I shouted angrily.

"Yea and you do."

"Yes because I lost my parents and it is all your fault."I shouted.

"What do you mean."he asked completely clueless.

"Your father attacked my father's pack when I was a baby and he killed all the innocent people there and my parents ever since then my brother has been taking care of me and well you wouldn't know how it is like since you had your parents and your pack supporting you as a kid but did I no."I shouted angrily.

He looked at me with guilt all over his face.

"I am so sorry I did not know so that's why you hate me so much."

"Just take me to the hell hole you call home I don't think I can stand you."

And with that I walked away. leaving him standing there looking ashamed and stunned I feel so angry right now all I want to do is leave but I can't without my brother but I have to leave or I might just end up killing him my self.
