Your story

Caroline's POV

I woke up and went over to the living room where everyone was it.

"Hey guys!" I said and they all looked at me and went for a hugged me and Niklaus was near the drink and gave me a smile, I simply smile back at him.

Elijah got back to read his book, Kol and Bonnie were whispering to each other and Bonnie was giggling, Rebekah and Enzo were kissing, so I walked over to Niklaus.

"You shouldn't drink alone. It gets lonely." I said, he smirked at me showing that he had dimples, which were super adorable.

"I guess you need to be my drinking partner." He said with his British accent and with his adorable dimples showing up again.

"I guess so." I said smiling and seat next to him and drink the same as him, witch was scotch.

"So... Why don't you are with them?" I asked him.

"I could ask you the same thing." He asked me smirking.

"Well, you were alone and I decided to make you some company. Your turn." I said and he smirked with my answer.

"I just wasn't for talking..." He said and I cursed myself for walking over to him. I barely know him and I am already his drinking partner? What was I thinking?

"I'm sorry. I didn't know. I guess I better go..." I said and before I turn to get out of the seat, i felt him grabbing my arm.

"Stay... Please." He said, I looked at him and nodded.

"Okay. So... What do you want to talk about?" I asked and he chuckled. "Did I say something wrong?"

"No. I just had a dejá vu..." He said and I just nodded. "I like to know your story."

"Well, I was turn when I had 17"

"No. Your real story. The story that made you be the person you are today."

"I don't have a story for that."

"I reject that." He said making me chuckle.

"Well, I don't have that much of a story. When I was human I was insecure and then when I turn into a vampire I became stronger, fearless and stop being that little girly Caroline anymore." I said.

"If you could take the cure. Would you?" I asked and she shocked my head.

"Are you kidding me? Being a vampire was the best thing that ever happen to me." I told him and he smirk at me. "Why are you looking at me like that?"

"Most people want the cure, be human and have a human life." He explained.

"Well, I'm not most people." I said and he just look at me like if he was admiring me and was with his usual smirk in his face.

"I know..." He said and I felt myself blushing so I look down.

"Don't look away. You look even more beautiful than you are when you blush." He said and I gave him a smile.

"I bet you say that to all the girls."

"I don't." He said and I gave him a shy smile.

"And what's your story?" I asked so we could change the subject.

"That's a long story." He said.

"I am immortal. I have time." I said and he nodded.

Klaus's POV

"Well, I was insecure when I was human. There was just one women that I truly loved..." I said thinking of her because she was my one true love, yes I like Tatia but Caroline was different. "And I am the unwanted child that came from a betrayal of my mother. After I turn I became the original hybrid."

"I'm so sorry. I didn't know. What happened to the women you loved?" She asked and I looked at her "Sorry. I didn't want to intrude in your life."

"It's okay. The women I love forgot about me..." I said looking at the cup and then I felt Caroline's hand resting on top of my hand and her other hand resting in my shoulder, I looked at her and gave her a small smile. Without even a word she can make me feel better... How I wish I could kiss her right now and be with her, but unfortunately I can't.
