"Jerome". I laugh while jumping on the bed. Today is my appointment to find out what's the gender of my baby. "Aliana why you jumping on the bed?" Jerome says. "Today we find out the gender of the baby" I say while sitting down. "Lia I'm hungry" Ty whines while walking into our bedroom. We rented a house for the two months we have been staying here. We're leaving in about 2 weeks though. "Go tell Kyle to fix you something"I mumble. "He told me to come to you" she says while rubbing her huge stomach. "Hippo stop being lazy" Jaden mumbles while sitting up on the bed. Jerome calls Tyra a hippo cause her stomach is big . If I didn't know her I would think she was 9 months pregnant. "Jerome shutup" she mumbles before walking out the room. I laugh. "You know your appointment is in 20 minutes" Jerome say while putting on his shoes. "Yeah, I'm already dressed" I say. "You're wearing sweats and a tank" he ask. "Yup" I say while walking downstairs. He chuckles then follows me down the stairs. "Okay bye Ty bye Ky, we should be back around 3 ish" I mumble while walking to the door. "The baby is a boy" Tyra says. "Nah a girl" Kyle says while making Ty a sandwhich. "The baby is definitely a boy" I say. "My daughter is in your stomach aight" Jaden says. "US girls are correct, the baby is a boy end of discussion" Tyra says. "Excatly" I say then walk out the house. I get into the car and so does Jaden. "Let's go find out the gender of our baby" I mumble.
"Okay so here is the baby" Jaden's cousin says. She's been telling me what to do for a healthy pregnancy the past two months. "He's so big" I mumble. "My princess is gorgeous" Jaden mumbles. "Payton tell your cousin that I'm correct and that we're having a boy" I say. She laughs. "Well it looks you guys are having a........girl" she says. I side eye Jaden. Hes smiling. I laugh. "I told you I was right, I'm always right, the next baby will be a girl to, and the one after that, and the one after,and after,and after, an-" I cut him off. "Jerome you betta stop that train, you just listed like 5 extra kids" I say. "That ain't even half of them." He says. I laugh.
We just reached home. Most of Jerome's family are at the house we're renting. We walk up the walk way and open the door. It's a gender reveal party. I open the door and everyone looks at us. They decorated the party with gold and silver. On our way here Jaden bought a bunch of pink balloonsnd put them in a box and had it wrapped. He walks in with the box and puts it infront of Nina. We agreed that Nina can reveal the gender. She smiles then stands up. Everyone waits anxiously. She rips the wrapping paper and opens the box. She takes the paper out which leaves all the pink balloons float up into the air. "It's a girl!" Everyone cheers. I'm 4 months away from meeting my princess. "She's going to dress like her momma" Jerome says. "And act like her daddy" I say. "I love you" he mumbles. "Love you too" I mumble then tippy toe and peck his lips. Life is good. I have a healthy baby on the way and a healthy relationship. What can go wrong?
