Chapter 3

"They're here, we have to get her out of here before they capture her, remember what they did to-" Leo stopped abruptly and went all rigid.

Crystal ran towards me and checked if I was alright, she started mumbling something. All of a sudden the burning in my throat disappeared and the pain left my entire body.

"There, that should help the burning feeling, if it burns again let me know," Crystal quickly rushed over to Leo and whispered in his ear.

Leo finally snapped out of his daze and at super speed and I mean SUPER SPEED quickly grabbed me from off the ground where I was screaming in pain. He began sprinting at a speed so fast everything around us was a blur, he had me cradle against his body very closely that my head rested on his chest.

"How are you feeling?" He asked me nonchalantly as he continues looking forward.

"What are you? What are all of you? Crystal, Sapphire, and Crimson?" I asked worriedly as I stared at Leo.

What if they were vampires or even werewolves or maybe demons or something?

"I can read your thoughts you know but no I am not exactly just a vampire, werewolf or even demon, they are real though." He said as he stopped and placed me on my feet.

"What are you? All of you?"

"Well we're what you call half bloods, we're mixed with two different things. I'm a werewolf and a cannibal,"

"So what's Crystal?"

"Crystal is a faerie and a witch,"

"What about Sapphire?"

"She's a demon and a vampire,"

"And Crimson?"

"He is a werewolf and a vampire." He motioned me to follow him beside him as we hide behind an oak tree.

"What am I?" I asked in a hush voice.

A bunch of men ran past our tree, following behind them was a girl with bright red hair and beautiful green eyes. She seem like she was the leader or something, she walked towards the direction the group of men ran in.

"Scarlett," Leo whispered to himself as his eyes widened at the sight of the red head girl.

"Who's Scarlett?" I asked as soon as the group of men and the girl disappeared.

"We need to find Crimson and the others, it's not safe for any of us to be separated." He said ignoring my question.

"This is going to hurt and sting a little bit," Leo said as he grabbed my wrist and bite down hard letting my blood ooze out all over the place.

The pain was almost unbearable but after a minute or two it finally numb down. I felt a little bit light headed. Leo finally licked up all the blood dripping down my arm. His eyes started turning bloodshot red and he smirked as he started stripping off his shirt.

"Are you ready for a joy ride?" He smirked as he grabbed me by the waist and lifted me over his shoulder."

"Put me down you creepy weirdo!" I chuckled as I hit him in his define muscled back.

Leo was HOT!!! He looked so sexy without a shirt on, he had some nice tone muscles and a eight pack. He began sprinting at his unnatural speed but seem to be going 2x faster than before.

Finally we were back by the lake and Leo put me back down on my feet, Crystal, Sapphire and Crimson were waiting by a vessel. I began walking towards them when I lost my balance, all of a sudden a strong pair of hands caught me around my waist before I could fall. It was Crimson.

"Are you alright?" Crimson asked as he stared into my eyes, I thought I was going to faint from hearing his manly sexy voice.

"Um... Yeah just a bit light headed that's all," I said as I looked into his eyes.

"Ahem... We have to leave now master," Leo cleared his throat as he walked past us and went to sit beside Crystal and put is left arm around her.

Crimson cleared his throat then helped me up, he dusted himself off and gestured for me to sit down.

"Sapphire take us to the mansion," Crimson ordered.

Sapphire began chanting something then all of sudden we were in a complete different place, I think we were in a living room.

"Home sweet home," Leo kept his shirt off as he threw the shirt on the couch and kicked his shoes as he places his feet on the coffee table.

"You have no manners, do you? We have a guest and that's how you behave?" A woman walked in the room with her hands on her hips.

She had dark, brown curly hair and beautiful, big, brown eyes. She had dark skin and wore a beautiful floral summer dress.

"You should listen to her," Crystal giggled as she sat down on the other end of the couch and crossed her legs.

"I'm in my room if you need me," Sapphire mumbled as she disappeared from where she was standing seconds ago.

"Make yourself at home, you'll have to get a tour later since I'm busy but you're aloud to look around." Crimson left, all that was left was me, the strict lady, Crystal, and Leo.

"Hello darling, sorry for not properly introducing myself but my name is Patricia Banks but you can call me Pat or Patty," The lady walked up to me and offered her hand to shake.

"She's our caretaker, whenever we need something or have any questions you can ask her anything. Most of us just call her Aunt Pat but you can call her anything except maid or house keeper." Crystal explained.

"Hey maid, can you go make me two grilled cheese sandwiches now!" Leo asked rudely as he turned on the TV to relax.

"You never know when to quite, would you like one too?" Aunt Pat offered.

"Sure, I loved to try one of your grilled cheese sandwiches." I chuckled.

Aunt Pat leaves the living room, Crystal starts reading a novel and Leo is watching a football game.

I just know I'm going to be safe here but who was that girl that Leo called Scarlett? And why all of a sudden I felt that horrible pain in my throat? So many unanswered questions...
