Aurora's pov
"Wakey wakey Aurora!" One of my maids woke me up.
I groaned and asked for five minutes until she opened the curtains in my room wide enough for the sunlight to pass through it I went to take my towel and headed to the bathroom. It was hot so I took a cool bath.It was the first day of school so I'm kind of nervous. I am not a kind of swaggy girl who wears short pants and all that you know that cool clothes they wear.......
So I took out a light blue converse, a turquoise skinny jeans with a neon blue and pink loose t-shirt. After I wore them, I took my sky blued bag and went downstairs to eat breakfast.(A/N I love blue so don't judge k.) My grandma took over my parents to look after me so she lives in a big house. I ate my sandwich and ran towards my Yamaho motorbike and took my clean and shiny black helmet. I have got licence so I can ride a motorcycke or a car.
Arrive at school
I went out of my motorcycle and went into my new school, Farens High..... I went towards the principal office and asked for my locker keys and schedules. I went out the office and notice girls were glaring at me. I wonder why. Yeah yeah I know I am beautiful and they are just jealous seeing me pretty and they are not. I ignore them and walk towards my locker at 84 when all of sudden, I heard shriking sounds from the place the girls glared at me. I closed my locker and saw a young handsome guy around my age or older. Oh my god he is very attractive.
I went to my class which is 4-5 since it is biology for the first period. I went into the class and sat at the side of the class near the window. I then took out my book which the title was 'The last of the firedrakes' which I have just bought in Amazon. I love this book! It is a kind of romance and fantasy book. I love 'Aurora Firedrakes'(PS that is her actual name)...... I was at the last page of the book and 'Aurora' wants to find her mother with her lover and her fae friend. The book was at its end so I read it until it's finished. I finally finished the book and I could buy a new book! I just sat at my table there, playing with my pen. I saw the handsome-looking guy again! He is from the same class as me?! I was freaking out until he sat the sit beside me.
I was shy and look away. "Hey! Are you the new girl?" He asked me and I just nodded. I look at him with a smile. "Oh my name is Rafe Hanson. And what is your name, beautiful?" He just called me beautiful and my eyes widen." My name is Aurora Firedrake! I am a new student here so I am a little nervous......." I was so shy girl. He smirked and he ask me if I could go with him for lunch laterand I didn't hesitate to agree. He chukled until the teacher came into the class. "Well class..... Today, we have a beautiful looking new student here with us for the rest of her life. Umm could you please introduce yourself in front of the class Miss Firedrake?" I nodded and went to the front of the class.
"Hello everyone! My name is Aurora Firedrake and I came from Los Angles. According to my grandmother, I would live here forever without my parents coz they had gone to a better and a peaceful place for them to rest now. I love books,singing and most of all, I love sports! I was never allowed to play sports but when I watch the television of how they run, I can feel how fast I will run. I love reading romantic and fantasy stories. Thats all I have to say. Thank you." I walk back towards my seat.
I can feel him grinning wide at me. I smirk at him and he gave me a smirk too! This guy is such a busybody. Whatever others do, he would also want to copy. Copycater!
Skip the whole period to lunch
As what I had agreed to Rafe to eat with him for lunch. We walk side by side and he hold my hands. My eyes gone wide. I blushed and looked away and he released my hand that made me sigh in relieve..... He walk us towards a table with only two chairs. We sat across each other when suddenly a girl with blonde hair came towards us. "Hi Rafe! You look so handsome today!" She use her flirty voice. She took a glance to me and gave a disgusted face. "Excuse me! Can you sit anywhere else than rather sitting with my bae?!" Rafe then stood up and face the girl angrily. "Why don't you stay away from her and leave me alone! Just go away ok!"
I could feel his blood is boiling. She look at me fiercely and walk away, stomping her feet. "Sorry...." He then look up at me and gave me a confuse look. "No you don't have to coz Leticia is like that always... She has a big crush since grade 1. I ignored her but she didn't give up. I don't know what to do." I look at him with a sympathetic face. He's been going through this kind of things.... I feel so sad for him.... Oh my god! What did I just said?! "Umm so.... What is your next subject? I mean after this."
"Oh.... Ummm geography... Why?"
"Oh same! So.......... Wanna go to class together?" He nodded in agreement. He grins widely as he grab my wrist and pulls me to class. He stopped in front of our next class and said sorry to me....."Oh! Its ok. I'm use to it." I smiled at him. Leticia comes over with a guy beside her. I believe his name is Damien. He is the 2nd popular in this school. Rafe is the 1st. But I know he doesn't want to. He just wants be like a normal boys in the school. But I think he is so cute....... Wait what?! I got out from thoughts and focused on Leticia and Damien. I think they have something between each other. Like an affair. They walked away and Leticia rolled her eyes at me. I guess she just wants to make Rafe jealous she have a new boyfriend who is doesn't ignore her like how Rafe did.
Time skips to after school
I said my goodbye to Rafe and went to my motorbike and Rafe was beside me. Both of our motorbikes are the same and the helmets were also the same! I ride back home and Rafe was riding beside me. I think this guy is really indeed a stalker. When I realise he went to the house beside my house. We are neighbours?! I went inside my house when suddenly I heard grandma talking to someone... I was suspicious coz grandma rarely brings a person home. I hid behind the wall and she called for me." Don't you think I didn't see you behind the wall dear. Come out here! I want you to meet Rafe." I was shock when the minute I heard his name. Why is he here?! I thought he was our neighbour? I went to grandma and said "Rafe, I thought you went to the house next door? How did you get here?" My head are full of questions. I couldn't think. Its like he went next door and now he's here?! I saw him went to the house next door with my own eyes!!!" Aurora, do you remember mommy and daddy told you that you can save the world one day?" I remember.......
Flashback
I was running around when I was a little girl and suddenly my mommy called for me. "Yes mommy?" I said with my cute voice." One day, when you turn sixteen, you will go to a special place call Kefera. You will go there with your protecter... Now mommy and daddy need some private talk. Can you go to the playground for awhile?" I nodded and went to the playground. After that, all

End of flashback
I nodded and tears coming out of my eyes. I wanted to ask everybody where are my parents. Why are they not here with me. With grandma. "Don't worry Aurora. You will be safe with me. Rafe smile at me and I smile back. Suddenly, the doors burst open. Turns out a man with a black suit. He smile evilly at me then at grandma. "No! You can't take her!" Grandma shouted at him but he ignores. "Don't lay a hand on her Falen!" Falen defend me. The man smirked and Rafe let out an ice power. ICE POWER?! It means Rafe got powers?! I can't believe it! The man was frozen. " Run Rafe! Take Aurora with you! Make sure she's safe!" Rafe nodded and took my hand then run.Actually I rarely run so I am a little weak in running.
I am a good runner! I am faster than boys! Boys usually asj me to race with them but they always lose! Boys are loser!!!!!! So how do you guys think of this story? Do you think Rafe have a crush on Aurora? I think so too!
