Joe's pov

Today is Abby's family barbecue and I'm really nervous even tho she has told me it will be fine.

I was wearing black skinny jeans a white top and black shoes.

"Come on Joe we don't want to be late" Zoe said to me she was wearing a purple skater dress and white flats and she left her hair down.

"Ok" I said as we left.

Abby's pov

I'm really nervous what is my family don't like Joe? I put that thought out of my mind and went to help mum and luke.

"You look nice love" my mum said to me. I was wearing a pink crop top, white shorts and my white convers I also had my hair in two plats.

Suddenly there was a knock on the door.
"I'll get it" I told them and went to to answer it.

I answered it and there stood Joe, Zoe and Tyler.

"Hey guys your the first ones here come in" I said giving them all a hug as they came in.

"You look gorgeous" Joe said making me blush "and your cute when you blush" he added make me blush more. I started leading them towards the kitchen.

"Hey Sarah, hi Luke" Zoe and Tyler said giving them a hug.

"Hey you two" she said then she saw joe.

"You must be Joe" my mum said

"Yep that's me it's nice to meet you miss Wood" Joe said.

Mum pulled him into a hug "please call me Sarah" she told him "I'm glad my daughter has you"

"Well let's go out side" I say taking Joe's hand and leading him out.
