"Where shall we go to eat lunch?" Angelica asked me as we were pulling our lunches out of our lockers.

"Anywhere's fine." I shrug and shut my locker.

"Let's eat outside in the front then." She suggests and I nod. I wonder where Kat is at this time. I'm pretty sure she might be with Cam.... Cameron? That's probably his full name. Angie and I made our way outside and sat down at a picnic table. I opened my lunch box and began eating my salad.

"Do you know where Kat is?" I ask Angie and she shrugs.

"Last time I saw her was this morning before class started when I was with you."

"She's probably hanging out with Cameron." I roll my eyes and stab into the piece of chicken that was in my salad.

"Or maybe not." Angie says and points behind me. I turn around and see Kat hanging out with Eva, someone who belonged in the popular group. Why would Kat do this? Especially on the first day of school. She wouldn't normally act like this. Maybe it's because of being a high schooler now?

Kat looked towards us and gave us a smile. She said something to Eva making her turn and look at us but then giving Kat a small nod. Soon after Kat approached us and sat down.

"I see you've made a new friend." I say and continue to pick at my salad.

"Well, I really had nobody to talk to in Science and she didn't either so we just started talking and now, we're hanging out." She shrugged and looked through Angie's lunch box.

"Don't you have your own lunch?" Angie questioned and grabbed her lunch box back from Kat.

"Yeah, it's in my locker. I'll probably just eat during class or something. I'm too lazy to go get it now." Kat replied and looked back at Eva. "Well, I'm gonna go now. You two enjoy your lunch. Love ya!" And with that Kat left in a flash.

"Are you gonna eat that?" Angie asked me referring to my salad.

"No, Im full anyways." I slide my half eaten salad towards her and she starts to eat it. I go into my lunch box and grab a container of berries as well as my mini bottle of strawberry kiwi flavoured vitamin water. I open my container of berries and plopped a raspberry in my mouth.

"Have you talked to any of the new guys?" Angie asked me while she took a strawberry from me.

"No, although Ethan or Grayson and Johnson were in my Math class...... I think. I wasn't really paying attention."

"Oh, well Grayson's in my Biology class so that must be Ethan then." She explains and places the empty salad container into my lunch box.

"Hey Angie." A masculine voice said behind me making me turn to see who it was. But then turn back.

"Speak of the devil." I mumble to myself and take a sip of my vitamin water.

"Hey Grayson! Angie smiles and Grayson sits down beside me. "How has your lunch been so far?"

"It's fine,  a couple girls were really clingy though...." Grayson trails off and looks at me. "I haven't seen you before. What's your name?"

"Her name's Zara, or Z" Angie answers for me before I could say anything. I stare at Angie and give her a confused look. Why'd she do that? I do have a voice of myself.

"Oh well, nice to meet you Zara." Grayson exclaimed and the bell rang meaning lunch was over.

"You too." I smile at him and packed up my stuff.

"See you guys later." He smiled and walked away. Angie and I got up from the table and headed for our lockers where Kat was.

"Hey fam." She smiled at us and I gave her small smile back. I took out my Science notebook; considering we probably won't be doing much, said goodbye to Angie and Kat then walked off to Science class.

Anyways, useless shit's still been going on in life and I'm just like, ummmm k. So basically done with some of my "friends."
You guys probably don't wanna listen to me (well read) about my life so I'll just leave it at that!
Actually! If you haven't noticed, I've added a cast! All the guys that were kind of introduced in the first chapter have been added, but idk who should be Zara, Kat, and Angelica. I've put like descriptions for them in the cast so if you know someone who you think would be perfect for any of their roles then PLEASE COMMENT!!
