Happiness

Happiness is what you feel inside,
When you do something good for someone.
When you do service each day.
When you go to church and live the gospel, not because you have to but because you want to.
When you live and dress modestly.
When you live righteously in the gospel or even just in life.
When you live the WORD OF WISDOM.
When you live the Young Women and Young Men values.
When you live the LAW OF CHASTITY.
When you live all the commandments.
When you do the right thing, cause it's the right thing to do even if it's not always easy.
When you have patience.
Agency.
Self control.
There's so much that you do that creates happiness within yourself.
You just have to BELIEVE.
