3 DAYS LATER

Nanoha's father walks through his daughter's door where Fate was sleeping peacefully and Nanoha had been watching her for three days straight, huge bags under her eyes by now. "Nanoha, please get some sleep" Shiro tries to plead with Nanoha "I can't...." was Nanoha's weak reply... Shiro only shut the door and went back into his room.

Fate's eyes then opened,a weak voice reached Nanoha's ears "Nanoha...?" with that Fate suddenly shot up but was quickly pushed down by not only the pain but by Nanoha as well "Wait! Fate you m-" to late blood was already seeping through, Nanoha just got more bandages and wrapped them around Fate...as if it was natural, Fate only blushed and allowed her to do so as she could not fight back. Finally Fate looked up at Nanoha's eyes...all life was gone and this only made Fate feel guilty and worried "Nanoha...how many days has it been since you slept?" "three" was Nanoha's instant reply which only made Fate more worried...'she needs sleep' grabbing Nanoha's hand with her bad arm, and yanking with whatever she had left within her pulled Nanoha on the bed...which was a single bed though Nanoha fit in just fine as Fate wrapped her arms around Nanoha's waist and pulled Nanoha close despite here only clothing being bandages. Though Nanoha as soon as she was wrapped in Fate's arms fell fast asleep... "I'm sorry Nanoha I'm only causing you pain..."Fate whispers into Nanoha's ear, as she loses consciousness...

AN HOUR LATER

Abruptly waking up after a nightmare, Fate tries to get up but to find Nanoha wrapping her arms around Fate's waist "I'm sorry"...Fate slips out of the bed and looking at herself in the mirror...unraveling the bandages revealing porcelain skin covered in scars... Fate glares at her body in the mirror...then sighs as she puts on a bra, walking in bra and panties to her suitcase and unlocking it... revealing armor-like clothing,white cape with a black inside,metal gauntlets,and a navy blue long sleeved shirt, with a navy blue skirt,metal boots....pulling the final touch of a golden triangle that connects on her right gauntlet..."Bardiche....good morning" "good morning to you,sir" a robotic voice comes out of it... with a smile she closes the suit case and locks it, writing a note and placing it on the dresser, Fate opens the window and leaps doing a back flip in the air and landing perfectly...walking into a back alley Fate decided it was time to pull out her weapon as she felt someone staring at her "Bardiche....." "yes,sir!" as soon as the response was uttered a axe-like staff appeared in Fate's hand...and Precia, Fate's mother, appeared "Fate...I will teach you not to disobey me..." pulling out a whip and bringing it down Fate used Bardiche to block...though the leather wrapped around the body of Bardiche a cracking sound could be heard as Bardiche was broken in half, a low growl could be heard from Fate as she uttered the word "recovery" as soon as it was out Bardiche was in one peace "Bardiche Hakken mode" "yes, sir" Bardiche transforms into a scythe-like weapon.

AT HOME

Nanoha getting hours of sleep finally wakes up with a large yawn "that was exactly what I needed! Hey Fate wa-" cut in mid sentence as she felt a empty space next to her, hurriedly getting up and speed walking she spots a note picking up and reading it

looking to the side,Nanoha spots a red jewel picking it up "Hello, master" a robotic voice comes from it "a-ah hello..." Nanoha replies nervously "do not be nervous, Master" only causing more nervousness "can you tell me where Fate is? And is she OK?" The jewel replies "Fate Testarossa damage: critical, location:locked" Nanoha a little annoyed "locked!? What does that mean!?" the red jewel replies "Fate Testarossa put a lock on her location that can only be accessed by her weapon,Bardiche" Nanoha tries to calm down "can you tell me your name, if you have one?" "Fate Testarossa assigned the name 'Raising Heart' " with that Nanoha continued "you said critical...does that mean...she's on the verge of dying!?" Raising Heart replied with "Yes,Master" as she gathered the jewel and put it around her neck as she ran out the house "Fate I'm coming..." continuing Raising Heart spoke up "Master please reconsider finding her" with that Nanoha starts to slow down her pace "Master, she doesn't want you to get hurt...." bangs covering Nanoha's eyes "why?" was her response but before she could continue a blur of blonde flew past her and in her trail a huge hole about her size... the blonde continued flying before she lost altitude and slid across the ground and stopped by a tree. Hurriedly getting up the blur of blonde with armor wrecked, got out of the way as the leathery part of the whip broke the tree into two. The blonde spotted Nanoha "DAMN IT!" was all she could yell before the whip cut her stomach open and blood flew out freely, she staggered back a couple of steps before she caught herself and held up Bardiche "Bardiche Zanber mode" the staff hesitated "Are you positive, sir?" only receiving a glare in response the staff transformed from Hakken mode into Zanber mode, to be specific a huge sword. Fate coughed out some blood as it put a lot of pressure on the gash on her stomach, with full force she charged at her mother as the whip flew at Fate with full might. Whip clashed with sword. In Fate's condition it, was understandable with this turn of events...coughing out more blood the force of whip was to much as Fate flew, she flew faster and farther than ever before, breaking through at least ten buildings before finally stopping...Nanoha had witnessed it all as the sword flew her way and lands in front of her blade in the ground Bardiche facing her showing her reflection in the blade "what...." was all Nanoha got out before she heard Fate yell out "LIGHTNING BIND!" and Precia was blinded with yellow binds.

'try as you might. Fate' with that thought Precia broke through the bind with ease as Fate came walking through the ruble covering her cut with her arm Precia took this chance to show Fate what it really meant to lose what you love as she whipped Nanoha's face a small cut appeared and blood fell...This only made Fate more determined to protect as she muttered the words "Sonic Move" as she moved so fast it could be considered teleporting, in front of Nanoha and pulling out Bardiche "Hakken mode" with that Bardiche turned into a scythe weapon "Sonic form" Fate's cloths turned into a swim suit look...Picking Nanoha bridal style she uttered the words "Sonic Move" Precia decided to let her go.

AT NANOHA'S HOUSE

breaking through Nanoha's bed room window Fate does a roll on the ground and lands sitting against the door, Nanoha conveniently lands against Fate cushioning her fall. Blood staining Nanoha's shirt as she scurries up "Fate!" Fate was hit unconscious by the blow as Bardiche fell from her hand onto the floor and reverting back into a golden triangle shape Nanoha hurried Fate to the bed and getting a full look at the damage done to her when she armor suddenly went back into the less revealing form and Nanoha took in all the damage on to her armor, her gauntlets dented cape ripped and slashes and rips on her main armor perfectly spot lighting where cuts were. When Nanoha's dad burst through the door "Nanoha! Get away from her!" with that he rushed over to the bed and pulled Nanoha away from Fate,Nanoha struggled "She did nothing wrong!" he saw the blood on her back and the cut on her cheek "I don't care if you say otherwise, she hurt you and that's all I need" with that he tied Fate up and slapped her across the face effectively waking her up he pulled out a sword and held it up to Fate's neck "traitor, you don't deserve to live" with that Shirou pulled the sword up and brought it down but was stopped half way as Nanoha tackled him Fate got the tape off her mouth and before Shirou had time to react she called out "lightning bind" and he was blinded by yellow binds just like Precia, "Sorry...Shirou...I'll leave right away" with a bow abruptly interrupted by the gash as she held it trying to stop the bleeding "sorry....Nanoha...but you'll be saf-" being stopped in mid sentence and while she was walking out by Nanoha who had tackled her to the ground "Fate you can't leave! Oujo-sama's order!" before Fate could reply tears fell on her cheek "you can't disobey master orders....please don't go...you might get hurt again..." more tears followed as Fate only let out a sigh in defeat "fine...but I have to continue being your butler...and during battles you must never disobey me" Nanoha quickly nodded 'as long as you stay...' was the only thought going through her mind.

AFTER TENDING TO FATE'S WOUNDS

"Hey Nanoha...what do we do about your father?" Nanoha pondered about what to say "let him go, if he tries to hurt you then he'll have to get through me. With that said the binds where off and the first thing he did was glare at Fate "Nanoha, I think you should think twice before letting her live" was Shirou's plead, though it fell on deaf ears. Shirou walked out of the room and into his room, reaching for the phone he called a old friend of his, the Yagami Family "Shirou? What's wrong?" Hayate's father asked "I need you to assassinate some one, can you help? And before you say no, your daughter might be in danger as well as mine" Hayate's father was convinced "Fine, I need their name and extra info. as well as a picture" Shirou did every thing and mailed it to them. Confirming everything, the top assassin in the Yagami house hold was now after Fate.
