I park my car outside the mall it was a little bit because it was a Friday as I was getting out I texted Beth to see where she was.
The weather was perfect for a snow day in December I love hearing the snow crunching under my boots.
My phone beeped, I got a texted from Beth
From Beth :
I'm here in front of Starbucks
From Me :
Okay be there in 5.
As I was walk inside I got a text from my mom my face lite up I love when my mom checks up on us it lets me know they still care.
From Mom :
Hi honey just checking if your okay and how school is.
Form Me :
I'm good mom thanks school is same as usual.
From Mom :
That's good hun I think you should be more involved in school I know your grades are amazing but try joining more clubs.
From Me :
I do mom it's just that everyone at school is an asshole.
From Mom :
Haha okay honey I love you okay stay safe and make sure your sister doesn't get into any trouble.
From Me :
I love you to mom and okay.
Yes even though my sister is older than me my family knows for some reason I'm more responsible.
As I was walking I saw Beth and she had a huge smile on her face.
As I walk up to her I ask "why are you so happy" with a confused look.
She lightly jumps up and down so nobody turns there attention on us.
" did you see Niall and his friends are here" as her cheeks turn red because of how hard she's been smiling. Beth has a huge crush on this popular kid named Niall.
"No I didn't see him and plus I don't care where they are can we please go I need to finish up my Christmas shopping before its to late" I say kinda annoyed, because all everyone cares about at are school is these 4 popular boys yes their attractive but I've never really talk to them for some reason I like to keep my distance I'm not trying to focus on boys I have a lot of AP classes to focus on.
"Ugh your so annoying Kenna you need to loosen up and get a fucking boyfriend all ready" Beth says rolling her eyes.
"Says the girl who doesn't have a boyfriend ether" I said laughing.
"Shut up" Beth said also laughing.
