Chapter 2: Why didn't you tell us

"VIOLET!" Penny banged at the door. "Violet! Let me in! VIOLET!"

"Go AWAY!" Violet yelled from the living room window.

"Back up." Wilbur smirked at Penny pushing her out the way. She crossed her arms. He kicked the door down, then shook his shoulders. Violet shot up off the couch. "Violet!" Penny grabbed at her but she turned invisible But before she turned invisible Hiro got behind her. So when she turned invisible he'd know where she is. He grabbed her which made her have no choice to become visible.

"Hiro! Put me DOWN!" she kicked and twisted put his grip was good as gold. She stop trying and just started to breathe heavily. Hiro sat her down on the chair and knelt beside her. Penny sat on the arm and hugged her. "I'm sorry I was just told not to tell anyone. I really wanted to tell you guys. And Lewis I'm sorry I dragged you and your cousin Wilson into this." She shyly smile.

"Wilbur!" Wilbur coughed acting slyly.

"Sorry, Wilbur." Violet sneered. Lewis nudged Wilbur, then walked over to Violet. She patted the seat next to her. So Lewis took a seat next to her. Wilbur got a weird feeling in his gut. Penny motioned him over to comfort Violet but he denied. Wilbur walked out the door. Violet got up and went after him.

"Wilbur!" Violet called. He didn't turn around. "Wilbur." Her tone softened up. Wilbur stopped walking, but he didn't turn around. Instead he sat down next to the curb. Violet was gonna walk over to him, but Lewis put his hand on her shoulder. Then he walked over to Wilbur. Wilbur looked at him and groaned.

"What's wrong Wilbur?" Lewis asked.

"Nothing, I just don't trust that girl, Violet." Wilbur said, " I have a werid feeling in my gut."

"Its gonna be-" Lewis started but was cut off when a car pulled into the driveway. Out walked a man in a black suit.

"You boys." He said to Wilbur and Lewis. "Is Violet in there?" Before they answer Violet came to the window and mouthed "no!"

"Yeah she's in the living room." Wilbur said not even thinking about what would happen next. Violet shuddered.  She turned to Penny and Hiro.

"I got to get outta here, they can't find me." Violet and Penny snuck out the back while Hiro stalled the man.

"She's out with a friend right now." Hiro said acting normal sitting on the couch with Jack Jack in the pen in front of him.

"Do you know when she'll return?" The man asked.

"No, but she said if anyone comes by tell them to leave a name and number."

"No need I'll just come back tomorrow." The man said. "Thank you for your time."

"No thank you!" Hiro smiled back. Wilbur and Lewis entered the house when the man left.

"Who were they?" Wilbur asked. Hiro walked to the back door and knocked on it. Then Violet and Penny entered. Then Wilbur asked again.

"They don't consern you guys only her true friends, not friends that tell bad guys where other friends are!" Penny sneered looking at Lewis and Wilbur.

"Penny. Drop it, they didn't know." Violet said with a yawn. "You guys can stay over if you want, I'm gonna go take a nap."

"Cool! Thanks, cuz if I went home right now my aunt would kill me!" Hiro smiled plopping back on the couch. They all laughed, then Violet picked up Jack Jack and walked down the hall to her room to her room.

"Hey uh where's the bathroom?" Wilbur asked.

"Down the hall to the left next to Vi's room. Hey! Who wants to play a round of Smash Bro's!" Hiro smiled grabbing a joystick. Wilbur walked down the hall and stopped at Violet's door. It was slightly cracked. He peered in to see Violet changing out of her clothes. He backed up quickly and was blushing fiercely. He shook his head and went back to the door. She was done changing and was laying back on her bed with Jack Jack sleep on her belly. So he knocked on the door.

"Come in." Violet said. Wilbur entered the room and sat on the bed.

"Who were those guys?" He asked. Violet turned to face him.

"*sigh* It's hard to explain." Violet said. "But only thing I can tell you is they only come around when a hero does something wrong, or at least that's what my dad told us." Violet said turning away from Wilbur and sat up cradling Jack Jack. She stood up and set Jack Jack in his crib in her room. Then laid back down on the bed.

"But what do you think you did wrong?" Wilbur asked.

"I don't know, probably let civilians know information on me I guess."

"Information? What information?"

"Remember that boy today?"

"Yeah?"

"Well. He said my name and almost shown my face to the people who were watching and then they would pass on the word and then we'd have to move again."

"Again?" Wilbur asked.

"Yeah."  Violet sighed. Wilbur looked to her, she looked at him. Then there was a silence, if you don't count the cries of joy from Hiro when he won the Smash Bros match. Wilbur's eyes widen, as if he was excepting something. "Oh? You wanna know about why its again?"

"Yes."

"Well I can't tell."

"Oh! Bummer." He didn't recognize how secretive Violet was until now.

"Well! Umm... We- We should get back to the guys." Violet gushed trying to avoid eye contact.

"Hey." Wilbur said grabbing violet and pulled her towards him.

"Yeah?" Violet asked. She had stepped one to many steps and had her lips connected with his. They both turned. tomato red. Violet pushed away and moved her hair out of her face. Wilbur just chuckled. Violet shut the door behind Wilbur softly.

"That was a LOOONG bathroom break, Wilbur?" Lewis said trying not to lose to a girl.

"Yeah I guess. Hey I call next round!" Wilbur chuckled, he looked back at Violet, who was sitting next to Penny. She spotted him and blushed, then turned away from him. Wilbur keeping looking at her, Dad is gonna kill me.
